No idea if anyone from this branch will see this but I’m giving it a shot anyway! About a month ago I stopped into your restaurant to wait for my mom. My day was awful. It was 99 degrees out, my car had just broken down and it was going to take 3 hours for a tow. Obviously I was not in a chipper mood. I sat down at your bar and met Brittany. She was incredible. She just kept filling my water and talking to me. She was being so nice and kept telling me it would«be ok!». She wasn’t at all pushy or irritated that I wasn’t ordering an actual drink. It’s like she actually cared. She even told me a story about how the same thing happened to her! I just wanted to tell her thank you for being so nice to someone she didn’t know and being so compassionate! It really meant a lot and didn’t go unnoticed!

Came for lunch on a Sunday. The server was good and attentive. Was not busy at all. Foot took a little longer than expected and once it came it was cold. Not even room temperature. Had a queso dip as an appetizer and it was more like ground up beefaroni. I’d like to say you get what you pay for but I’d prefer not to pay 36 for that.

Yeesh, where to begin. I really want to rate higher; our server seemed new and was genuinely trying, but there was too much I couldn’t get past. First things(thing) first, the food was pretty good. My girlfriend and I went with with the 2 for $ 35 option and had chips and guacamole, steak and broccoli, margarita chicken, and some molten lava chocolate cake looking thing from heaven. Now onto the inevitable: –The hostess was scrolling through her phone and gave us an eyeless greeting. Catching up on the weekend Facebook and Instagram is fine, just not in the work place. It was like walking into a Saturday afternoon sorority house and asking for a meal. –The service was painfully slow. Not sure if it was the serving or the kitchen or the complexity(lack thereof) of our order, but I think we could have eaten in half the time. People were seated after us, and were attended to before us. I’m normally indecisive, but we had decided what to order before we were asked what we wanted to drink. –We both ordered frozen margaritas. The strawberry margaritas were good, but I was really looking forward to reviewing the MANGO and RASPBERRY frozen margaritas we had ordered. –Once our food came, it took 2 or 3 times to get a pair of silverware. I’m not against eating with my hands, but I draw the line at rice and beans. –We ordered endless chips, which came with guacamole and a side of ranch sauce. We had to ask for more chips. When they came, there were no sides with them. We were forced to wash them down with water, which we subsequently had to ask for more! Their touch screen pay option at the table was very convenient at the end of the meal, but was unable to bring our experience to a higher rating. I was really surprised at how slow the service was, especially on a Monday. My advice is to come equipped with a lot of talking points. Probably not the best place for a first date; there will be A LOT of awkward silences!

Out for dinner we left Blue 20 and came here. They was crowded in the jazz band was playing to loud and I just got off of work I really don’t want to hear all that so we came to Chile nice people and great atmosphere. My Husband out a pasta dish to take home and we was still eating the waitress came over and said that they are out of pasta and the had to make some and it will take a half and hour to a hour. So the waitress said the manger said that my husband can still order something for lunch tomorrow and he will take it off the bill. Me and my husband look at each other and said God is so good we told the waitress to tell the manger that we really appreciate that and it was late and my husband have to get up at 4:30am to get ready for work. And everyone one was so nice. And this is the first time we been back at this location since the fire they had. And we will be back and we will tell our family about out experience that we had. The good was good and nice and hot and everything came out in a timely matter. KEEPUPTHEGOODWORK!!!

Chili’s is one of my favorite chains, but wow, terrible experience here with a To Go order. Never thought I would utter a bad word about a Chili’s, but here goes: First problem: Ordered and paid for two salsas, only got one. And the one we got was filled up about halfway. Second problem: The chips were disgustingly stale and salsa was horribly watery. Third problem: Something was wrong with the quesadilla explosion salad but never quite figured out which of the ingredients smelled and tasted terribly. Absolutely will not be returning this one. Good luck.

Bad meals, two times in a row. The chicken in the enchilada was dry and overcooked and resembled chicken jerky. The shrimp tacos were comprised of shrimp with bbq sauce and a bit of cabbage. Not very appetizing at all. I complained the second time and the waiter went to talk to the manage to see if anything could be done. Her response? Nothihng. Not very likely that I’ll be back.

We had a great experience at this Chili’s last week, customer service wise. We went on a Monday night, which I guess is known as «Fajita Rita Mondays.» We ordered a few margaritas, and had a coupon for a free appetizer from their email club. The margaritas were mixed; my first was pretty weak, but my girlfriend was strong! My second was strong as well. The southwest egg rolls are the go-to app. It was awesome to get those for free. I had the beef and chicken fajitas, ordered Cadillac style. My girlfriend had one of the Mex bowls. Our waitress forgot the beans and rice for my fajitas, but immediately comped those($ 1) for the inconvenience. She was super attentive our entire experience, which is why we will return.

I am usually a big fan of Chili’s but this location is mis-managed. First of all, they have 5 – 6 reserved parking spots for«To Go Only», yet when I arrived for my To Go order, every spot was taken and there was no one else at take out! When I notified the bartender, instead of notifying the manager, apologizing, or even sympathizing, she just gave me major attitude. The place was not at all busy, so I suspect it’s employees parking in those spots. Second, 50% of the lettuce in my caesar salad was brown and inedible. Finally, after spending 5 minutes on Chili’s website typing in all the details of my bad experience, and clicking on the«Submit» button, nothing happens! Maybe the entire company is mis-managed???

Chili’s doesn’t get four stars for the food. I mean, the food suits me just fine and most Chili’s that I’ve been to seem consistent in flavor and preparation. However, on this particular visit, we received amazing customer service. The appetizer we ordered would be coming out with a delay, and before even being asked, the waiter brought free chips and salsa and offered free dessert as well. We didn’t even think we were waiting very long for the appetizer to come out either. We will definitely come back to Chili’s more often and hope that our food is slightly delayed again!

After a Sunday afternoon movie, my friend and I decided to go to Chili’s. We both had fahitas, they were actually pretty good. The food isn’t anything special, but it is a chain restaurant and not much different than any other. However, I did notice a lack of cleanliness as far as employees not sweeping under tables when a guest would leave. As we walked out, I noticed the floor was generally dirty in other areas as well. A good manager would pay attention to details such as this.

Lone Star flavored ribs. Yum yum come get you some. I’m not a huge rib fan but these new Lone Star ribs really rock! Besides BBQ places in Houston Texas, these ribs will really get you by. This particular Chilli’s was under staffed when I dined here but the waitress did an outstanding job for how busy the place was. The drinks and food took a few extra minutes to arrive but like I said, the waitress had her hands extra full. Food was good for a chain restaurant. Plenty of parking outside. Depending on which direction your coming from, it could be a little bit of a pain pulling in since NJ generally does not allow left hand turns. There is a mall across the street and plenty of other selections of restaurants if it’s too busy here when you come. We initially wanted to go to The Cheesecake Factory but the wait was too long.

It’s a chilis, if you’ve been to one before you’ve kind of been to them all. This place gets extra points for being insanely clean. I honestly told my dining partner that on about 4 different occasions in our hour long meal, I loved it! Oh yeah and the parking lot is a little hard to maneuver though I think that is another characteristic of the chain.

My biggest pet peeve about chain restaurants is forced enthusiasm. They lay it on pretty thick here. It’s so artificial that it is almost entertaining. I sat down to grab a snack while reviewing some notes for school. I ended up having two servers, with the second server being so much better than the first. I think the first was close to finishing her shift when I walked in. She was clearly annoyed by my presence and smirked at me when I ordered, as though she wanted to say, «are you seriously keeping me here later for a Diet Coke and some Southwest Eggrolls?» She dropped my food in front of me and I never saw her again. Suddenly, when I was almost finished my meal, another server appeared like magic and offered to get me another drink. She was much friendlier than the first, but not nearly as obnoxious or dripping with artificial enthusiasm like everyone else working there(minus the grumpy server who disappeared). The food was what you expect from Chili’s. It was fried. It was hot. It was probably overpriced. But it did fill me up.

had the worst experience here yesterday after church. the food took way too long to come seems like everyone around us was getting their food in no time. my appetizer took about 20 mins to come i actually had to get out of my seat to find the waitress to see what was taking so long… the food finally arrived all of our fries were extremely cold my burger was super pink in the inside after i specifically asked for well done meat. we had to send our food back a couple times cause they kept getting our orders wrong. I love chilis and i always order the same thing every time i come for some reason yesterday wasn’t my lucky day. it was so bad i had to ask for a manager who approached our table with the nastiest attitude!!! she wasn’t trying to make our experience better ATALL which made me even more upset to the point where i had to leave! OVERALLTERRIBLESERVICE, MANAGEMENT, ANDFOOD.

Went to Chili’s earlier that day to grab a cheap bite with my friend. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and we left without any serious issues. Came back the same exact night with the same exact staff to get dessert. On our way in we were laughing, just like we were laughing when we were there earlier that day. The hostess proceeded to then run and tell the manager that we were«drunk». The manager then instructed the WAITRESS, being to cowardly or lazy to handle the situation himself, to come over and tell us in snarkiest tone that they refused to serve us because we were«drunk». We then proceeded to tell her we hadn’t been drinking and were obviously underage in the first place.(They had also tried to serve us liquor at our first meal that day). She continued to speak down to us with an attitude and accused us of being drunk even though we were speaking to her clear and concisely. As I was leaving, absolutely appalled and offended, I asked to speak to the so-called manager. It took him nearly 5 minutes to stop talking to the group of employees that were standing in the corner and clearly eyeing us up before he would acknowledge us. When he came over all he would do is say«yup» with an attitude as I explained how offended we were and asked for the number for the cooperate office. We were too«drunk» to order dessert, but the staff and management didn’t think we were«too drunk» to drive home. Tell me what type of sense that makes. Will never dine her ever again!

This is my favorite Chili’s and I travel all the way from Philly just to go to this one. Clean, friendly, timely, and CONSISTENT. The other Chili’s need to take a lesson from this one. I’m a regular for the past 3 years. Now I have a mini regular who see this places and says«Chili’s let’s go eat-eat» lol. My kid enjoys being able to go out to eat without the cold stares of the childless miserables and so do her parents. Everyone works very hard here. I’ve never been disappointed. I typically go during the early lunch hours.

Meh. I work right down the street and have come here a few times for lunch or a post work drink. Chills food is always disappointing. I had to send back guac and chips because it tasted like the guac was made days ago and shipped to the store(which I’m sure if was) Their drinks are usually a bit overpriced. For instance last night I paid $ 4 for a Miller 64 I wouldn’t come back here unless I was dragged here by a group of friends…

Well, well, Chili’s. Now that my mind is clear and focused, it’s time to review you. You see, last night I went in for a quick, inexpensive meal with my boyfriend and decided to give your raspberry margarita on the rocks a chance. Not usually a big drinker, there was an instant connection between my taste buds and this margarita, so I obviously ordered another.(The price can’t be beat.) The moral of this story is that it’s pretty darn good that I was not driving, Chili’s. Those were two killer margaritas — and so cheap, too! Yes, you’re a chain, and yes, there are plenty of other local businesses to try out before I visit you again, but in the meantime, I will think of your bar with fondness. Good, good stuff.

Up from the ashes of the old and now attached to Blu20, this Chilli’s delivers the typical fare that you’re expecting. I’m sure it would be a LOT more fun if you were sucking down the margeritas, but i was designated driver, so hte food gets a solid ‘good’.
