Worst experience at a Longhorn. Found a hair in my food. So grateful that this is not the location nearest to us.

Terrible customer service. Manager lies. We never got seated with 2 hour call ahead reserve, and after an hour expected to wait another hour. Manager fabricates excuses. This place is awful the way they treat customers. I will consider paying more elsewhere and being treated honestly, than trying to save a buck at a place like this with staff that is insulting. How can you expect people to want to patronize such bad service and we didn’t even get to the table!

Worse dining experience we’ve ever received. Silverware glassware and plates were FILTHY!

Service was the worst I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We got our drinks and bread after our entrees… Not appetizers… Entrees…

Stillllll waiting for food at least 45 minutes after ordering. Annnnddddd missing our movie tonight. Food and drinks are good but kitchen time with zero explanation by our server or management is just sloppy. My MR steak, when it finally comes, is MW and I’m not convinced this filet isn’t actually a sirloin. Especially since I worked at longhorn in the past. We will not be back

Donna is the best patient bartender that I have met in a long time. Thanks Donna for serving me such a great experience tonight with a smile. Great Captain Mule.

I’ve been to this Longhorn quite a few times. The food and service used to be amazing, but it seems like something has changed recently. I’m assuming it’s new management. The food is usually delicious, but at this particular Longhorn I’ve gotten subpar service and very average and cold food. I would recommend a different location.

Been here twice with coworkers, and unimpressed both times. The steaks are stringy, the fries soggy, and the second time many steaks were overcooked, perhaps because it took so long for them to be served. I was underwhelmed by our server as well. She asked if I wanted salad, and I said no, so she asked about a second side, when I would have preferred soup instead. Then she forgot to take my desert order. All in all, I think next time it’s steak night, we’ll go some place else in the area, like Outback. On the plus side, we can always get a table for 8 with no waiting. You think there might be a reason for that?

I wish there was a choice for zero stars. However, that would still overrate this location. The«host» at the front desk was inept. My friend repeated her name three times and told him we were a party of two. He repeatedly asked her how to spell her name and how many folks were to be seated. Mind you that her name is Michelle and I stood right next to her. Too bad it was not the end of the stupidity. He advised us that the wait would be around 20 – 25 minutes. So we waited and after the appointed time, I approached the host to inquire about our table for the party of two in a restaurant that was only ¾ full. I saw a few empty tables. Then he proceeds to tell me that the wait should be another 30 – 40 minutes. At this point, I want to strangle him due to the lack of food and for his ridiculous answer. We already waited way past the first 25 minutes then he advised that it be at least another half hour. I requested to speak with a manager who took another 10 minutes to appear. She proceeded to advise how call ahead seating places parties who are already waiting at the restaurant behind. I solved the problem by going to Grand Lux Café down the road. They were packed but were able to seat us within 15 minutes. We received excellent service and great food as well. My advice would be to skip Longhorn because you’ll wind up waiting instead of eating.

We ate here on Wednesday September 2,2015 I love the grilled salmon over rice its cooked just right. The calamari is awesome with that glazed like sauce that gives it just enough flavor. Love Longhornes. good food.good service.

I think they are under rated here on Unilocal.I’ve been to this Longhorn several times and the food has always been to perfection and the staff friendly and personable. The seasoning on the meat is delicious and well balanced and the prices for steak at any Longhorn Steak House just can’t be beat! I take Longhorn over Outback ANY day!

This was a pleasant surprise, Id never been to any of the chain locations but passing it frequently and hearing good things I know I wanted to try it. The first impression was man it is FREEZING, I thought it would warm up once we got to the dining area, but it did not. It was unbearably cold, I had the thought how could I possibly enjoy my meal with it being so cold in here I even joked with the waitress when ordering to please bring out a blanket with my drink(I wasn’t actually joking though). Anyhoo, I actually did enjoy my meal I got the ribeye and grilled corn with a Cesar Salad every things was delicious and cooked correctly. Despite it being cold the food came out hot and warmed me up. When I didn’t see what I wanted on the menu to drink the waitress went and got some recommendations from the bartender, I know what I got was strong and I enjoyed it. I will be back, but I’ll be sure to bring a sweater.

In 2014 I attended a Unilocal Dinner party at this LongHorn Steakhouse. Since then it’s one of those places that tops my list for restaurants. I’ve recently been here for both dinner and lunch– each time the service was great and the food even better. The menu is large– are there are plenty of options for all the picky eaters in your family. My favorite starters are the Wild West Shrimp and the Texas Tonion– beware, both have a kick to them. As for the entrée options– you can’t go wrong. And whatever you do– save room for dessert! The Chocolate Stampeded is any chocolate lovers dream, one bite better than the next. I am personally a HUGE fan of the lunch specials. There are lunch specials for $ 7, $ 8 and $ 9. I ordered the $ 9 special which included a soup or salad and half of a Tavern Steak Sandwich. The meal was more than enough food for a good lunch. Apparently LongHorn also has great happy hour specials as well– hopefully I’ll be able to try these soon! The restaurant is pretty big with plenty of parking and seating. The dining room has been chilly every time I’ve gone– so bring a sweater. It is also pretty dimly lit, so have your cell phone flashlight ready.

The is nothing that wows me on this menu… It’s just BLAH. Especially as someone who doesn’t eat steak, I was disappointed. Usually there are many other things to choose from on the menu. But the menu was just so lack luster.

I’m not a fan of steak houses, since I don’t eat steak. But it was my step dad’s birthday and he requested steak, so our family took him here for lunch. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu and told us to ask him questions if we weren’t sure about anything. I’m not a huge fan of chains but the food was good and flavorful and the service spot on. I had the Raspberry Chicken, I really enjoyed this and it was plenty of food. I had it served with green beans. Step dad: 11oz Ribeye with crab rice Mom: Tilapia sandwich grilled with veggies Daughter: Tilapia with mango salsa Son: 11oz sirloin and mashed potatoes This is my 2nd time eating at LongHorn(AC area was the other one) and I would definitely go back to this one, when in the area.

You might ask why a non-meat eater would even bother going into a steakhouse, but my parents were paying for dinner, and it turns out LongHorn has some pretty delicious seafood options. We all started with house salads(part of most meals), and warm bread. I ordered the brown butter lemon tilapia and shrimp, which was absolutely delicious. Sweet and lemony, cooked well, and lots of flavor. The fish was over rice, and I chose mashed potatoes as my side — they were really good, and were part of a huge portion. Though this is obviously a chain, the décor is fun and it doesn’t have the greasy feel of some other nearby chains. The service is better than most other places, too. I enjoyed dinner, but I think I’m most likely to be back for happy hour or lunch — they’ve got great deals that look worth a visit!

This is my second time eating here my first experience didn’t go as well so I decided to give it another chance. I’m so happy that this time it was the complete opposite. The service was great on this occasions and the food was great on both. I ordered the sirloin with lobster and shrimp mac and cheese and it was delicious! The only downfall I would say a little bit on the pricey side I spent a total of $ 28 with tip.

I’ve read the reviews here and it seems like they have alot in common, the wait was negligible but the steak was under par. The special was bacon & cheese STUFFED filet… well when we got it the portion seemed quite small for the $ 21 price. It wasn’t really stuffed with anything but more like kind of thrown on top. Aside from that, the parm crusted chicken was good and there was a decent selection of desserts. One thing I didn’t care for was the constant marching and clapping for someone’s birthday every few minutes, like it was Chuck E Cheese or something. And you know the tools probably got the idea from each other so just started saying yeah it’s my birthday too^

Had dinner with Elite Unilocalers last night. I didn’t know what exactly to expect because this was my 1st Unilocal dinner event and it was, hands down, thee best meal I’ve had at LongHorns. They introduced a few new items throughout the meal. Appetizers were out quickly and hot… the staff was amazing! Knowledgeable, patient, friendly and personable. but not the in your face kind… They had a nice service flow goingI I chose the Flo Filet over the Ribeye and Shrimp and the asparagus and Mac and cheese… I will definitely save room for dessert when I go back. All the food looked and tasted amazing. Everyone seemed very pleased! Before serving our steaks, the staff mixed their special BBQ sauce at our table… hot and sizzling. sending delicious aromas of thyme. and spices in the air… Me and my table mates enjoyed ourselves with pleasant conversation. We had a nice diverse group at our table and found we all had one thing in common… we love great food, fun people and good drinks. This week is restaurant week in Cherry Hill. The menu at Longhorns until this Saturday has great specials for dinner and lunch for two… for one price.
