This store is ok, but not my favorite Old Navy(prefer their Marlton store). Prices are reasonable if you go during their sales(don’t ever pay full price). Sometimes the sales aren’t exactly as advertised, so double check(there was a sale for card members only that apparently applied to everyone). Service is fine, nothing special. They were willing to look in the back for me for my size(if you’re an odd size, good luck). A little untrusting about their fitting rooms, which I could have done without. But got in and out with 4 pairs of pants for about $ 80.

After writing my review of the awful Gap location in the Cherry Hill Mall, I thought I should also review the Old Navy, also in the same mall. Mostly to point out that not all mall stores are as dirty and disorganized as the Gap was. While I bought much of my wardrobe from Old Navy in my early 20’s, at this point, I really don’t shop here, opting for a better quality item, but I came her on New Year’s Day to pick up a couple pairs of jeans for my husband. Unlike the horrid Gap on the lower level, this Old Navy location was organized and well stocked. I had a little trouble finding my husband’s jeans size, but I attribute that more to my own dysfunction, as I’m not used to buying men’s jeans. I browsed around the rest of the store, and while I didn’t get anything else, the clothes were more or less neatly displayed. There was also a decent sized area of clearance clothes in the back. I felt that the check out line didn’t move as quickly as it could have, but I was in no rush. I certainly am no regular to Old Navy, nor do I intend to be, but this one visit in several years left me feeling that if I do decide to pop in for something in particular, I could be in and out with no problem.

Definitely the best Old Navy in the area. Never a problem getting jeans in my size when other area Old Navy stores have sold out. Plenty of other clothing options that aren’t available in other stores. Friendly staff.

Growing up, you couldn’t pay me to walk into an Old Navy store. I’m still unsure as to why exactly, but I just had a terrible opinion without actually giving it a visit. I guess that’s comparable to eating cauliflower, but I still won’t try *that.* One day a couple years back, I made the decision to walk in – and I haven’t looked back. I love the sales and the styles and have bought everything from sweaters to scarves to shoes to flip flops(obviously) to purses. I don’t like the lines, but at the same time, they tell you something about the brand. While the clothes don’t last forever, they do their job quite well.

Their styles are Brady Bunch-esque and hideous in my opinion but they are cheap
