The shift for today, Becca and Genisys need social media training. Went to show redemption for Unilocal that was given for checking into Chesapeake square. The low score was for attitude and lack of the product, along with customer handling skills.

Terrible experience this morning! The line was seriously wrapped all the way around the building, and just because of what side of the street they were on, two cars pulled into the long line ahead of me… Had no idea that they would result in my inability to get breakfast. When I finally got to the order spot. The male voice asked me whether I would like to order one of their breakfast combos. When I replied yes and started to order, he interrupted me to say, «Oh, I mean lunch.» It was 10:35. I said, «Are you kidding me, are you telling me that because I was in line for twenty minutes, I cannot order breakfast?!?» What I got back was a snotty retort: «You were not in line for twenty minutes!» I can assure you that I was in line for more than 15 minutes, as I paid attention to the time it took for the two cars in front of me to make it past the ordering speaker: 6 minutes. There were at least 10 cars in front of me when I got in line. This attitude was so infuriating that I left and went to McDonalds where I would still be able to get breakfast and swore off this Chick Fil A location for life!!! Too bad that it won’t make much difference as a Chick Fil A is a license to print money, but maybe the general manager will read it and take it up with the snotty drive thru employee who was working on 12÷30÷15 at 10:30 a.m. I was really shocked to be treated that way!

This location is run by a local family and it is so clean and welcoming. They employs elderly greeters/​seaters who check on you as you dine in offering you refills and condiments, cleaning up after patrons who forget to put their trash in the trash can but they seem to enjoy being of service to all patrons. They truly enjoy interacting with people and their presence makes this Chick-​Fil-​A different from the other area locations.
The food is served hot and fresh. But they can make a salad that makes vegetarians happy and a chicken ceasar salad for meatlovers like me. Both have fresh cherry tomatoes, crispy lettuce and carrot strings. Love the salad dressings.
What I really enjoy is the seating that is always well maintained. The owner monitors the décor and seating updating items regularly to keep the location fresh. Even all the children’s play place has an assigned cleaner so I do not mind my greatneces and nephews playing on the sildes because I know that they are clean.
This location is superclean as far as the eye can see. The bathrooms are constantl monitored, it is a great place to meet for girlfriend lunches without havng to worry about negative feedback because of the facilties. Smiles!

Sean does a great job with this Chic fil a. The only fast food restaurant that’s always consistent. Never had a problem here. Great food, friendly staff. I’m here at least 3 times a week!

It seems weird giving a fast food place 5 stars but you really have to rate a place based on its category also. With that being said, for a fast food place, it’s definitely a 5.
I don’t eat out at fast food places often but when I do, this is always a staple of mine. First off, no matter how long the line is, they always seem to find a way to make it bearable. Even when it’s wrapped around the building, it doesn’t seem as atrocious as a bank line would be.
Sometimes they actually have someone outside (no matter the weather) taking your order and can process credit cards. They really have made it an art of putting a focus on customer service.
When it comes to going inside, frequently someone will walk around and ask you if there is anything you need (water, condiments, etc.) It’s these small steps that Chick-​fil-​A does that makes it stand out from all the other places.
While you’re there, don’t forget that there’s fresh ground pepper available near the condiment station. Last time I used it, the employees were baffled as I was the first person to ever use it!

Repeating what everyone else has said. Great restaurant, great service, great food. This company could train the fast food industry. From wearing your uniform properly to service with eye contact and sincerity. Yes ma’am, my pleasure! Even keeping a close eye on the dining room to clean tables, refilling drinks and ensuring your experience is great.
Only thing I hate and it’s at all locations is due to their popularity that drive thru can mess with you based on where you park.

Always a pleasant trip and customer service. I’ve never had a problem with an incorrect order. Hands down, the best customer service and well kept fast food restaurant in the Chesapeake square area!

Sometimes when I come to this Chick-​fil-​A I tried to get the drive-​through people to say my pleasure at least 10 times. The crazy thing is no matter how many times I say thank you they never get bored saying my pleasure

I dare you to have a bad experience at this location. If everyone used the same customer service standards as this team then the whole economy would be better. The actual owner will be out in the drive through lines taking orders on a tablet when it gets busy, beat that.

Not sure what I can say concerning this experience that has not been said before. Again, as a comparison against other ‘fast food’ places Chick-​Fil-​A is hands above the popular burger chains (Five Guys excluded).
Hot food. An abundance of counter and drive thru help, so waiting in line is minimal. And the dining areas and bathrooms are clean.
The King, the Clown and the little red headed girl should make note of this… Five Guys already has.

The food is fresh and they never get my order wrong. Friendly people, they even give my dogs treats in the drive thru. Really busy during lunch time, but they handle it very well with lots of staff and fast order turn around.

It doesn’t get much better than Chick-​fil-​A. Good food excellent service and it makes me feel good when the waitstaff actually sounds like they are grateful for you to give them your business. Having a server tell you was my pleasure to serve you makes me feel real good about spending my money there. Did I say that the food is excellent here too.

This location is a little busier than most, however, the employees are nice, the food is good, and the place is clean. It gets a little loud inside, so if it is a nice day, we will go outside to eat.
