Horrible experience took forever to get service, overcharged and then had to have a technician come out 3 more times after initial install to get it working correctly. Can’t explain what a headache it was!

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!! We received a business card from a Cox contractor of this store. Unfortunately, we called the number, gave our information, including SS#s for a «credit check» and were promised a call back between 5 – 15 minutes. Not only did we not get a call back, ALL DAY, but we couldn’t get in touch with any contractor from the store for the remainder of the day. We ended up contacting COX through their 800 number and scheduled service for Saturday. After following up with the contractor/​store during business hours the next day, mostly because we were concerned they were misusing our personal information, the same woman answered and stated we needed to come into the store before she immediately hung up the phone! She called the following day to ask about scheduling and my husband explained we had already scheduled service with the main company and did not wish to go through the contractors. The female contractor called again the next day stating we had a new installation scheduled for Tuesday during working hours. We called The Cox 800 number again to find out why our appointment had changed from Saturday to Tuesday. Apparently, this store CANCELED our originally scheduled appointment and rescheduled it themselves to receive commission! A week later, we still do not have service. Terrible and unethical experience with this contractor!!!
