Very dissatisfied with their services! I used this company for over a year and a half with mediocre results. For as many treatments as I paid for, my lawn should have been immaculate. Save yourself the time and heartache and do it yourself. Or better yet look into using the competitor.
I prepaid for the entire year and they added extra treatments which went over the amount I pre-​paid. I ended up having to pay for extra services I did not want or need.
I was not satisfied with the results and asked them to cancel services. The lady in the office said my services were cancelled. I am an idiot for not getting some kind of cancellation number when I called. I took her word for it that I was good to go. Stupid me! Make sure you get that cancellation number or they will keep coming to your residence and charge you for extra services or rope you into another year of service. They got me good this time!

A very good lawn maintenance contractor. Lawn Doctor is one of the two largest residential lawn maintenance contractors operating in Tidewater, and we’ve found them to be the most conscientious and knowledgeable of any of the five or so that we’ve dealt with over the years. The employees who have serviced our yard have been uniformly knowledgeable about grass, soil, sun, watering and weather, and how all those variables interact in my particular yard to give us the best-​looking lawn. We began with just their lawn maintenance service a few years ago, and last year added annual seeding and aeration to the list. Suffice it to say that the lawn has never looked as good as it does now, in spite of the fact that about all I do to maintain it any more is cycle the sprinklers and cut the grass.
