McDonald’s

This McDonald’s is tried and true. Always there when you need some late night munchies. Definitely not the nicest establishment but I can always count on some friendly service and quick service

Did the drive-​through at this McD’s for a late night snack. The person who took my order was easily comprehended, my order was accurate (no pickles!) and they had put FIVE napkins in the bag without being asked.
The parking lot was a little dark, but I kept the doors locked.

You know that old saying… «They F you in the drive through!» Well it still applies here. I stopped in here on the way to work to grab a bite and when I got to work I felt like a chump. I ordered a #1 combo (Big Mac & Fries) large size cuz I love them fries. Well guess what. I got to my desk, opened the bag and the fries are half full.
I blame myself just as much as I blame the restaurant because I should have looked closer. I did look, however I was in a rush and the napkins were covering the fries partially so I just registered the size of the fry container not the content. The bottom line though is that whoever made the order knew it was half full and the person that put that half filled order of fries in my bag had a chance to correct the mistake before packing them in and didn’t do anything about it either. Total failure on this McDonald’s part and frankly it pisses me off that they do this because most people in a drive through aren’t going to bother coming in to correct an order that definitely wouldn’t fly at the counter.
I think in addition to this bad review I’m going to do the feedback on my receipt and see what happens there.

Great food IF you have them cook it fresh off the grill. If it comes out of their heated drawers, you will get an over cooked, very dry piece of meat. We tried the new sirloin steak burger… OMG there was zero takes in the meat. Texture was good, but zero flavor. They exchanged it for quarter pounders, fresh off the grill. Much better!
I would steer clear of the sirloin burgers… Overpriced cardboard!

Busy place, but order accuracy and drive they speed here is one of the best for a McDonald’s

Very unfriendly crew. Was not greeted… was not asked what I would like to order. Young lady just looked at me as if I was bothering her at the register.

Ordered a 20pk of nuggets and fries with 2 BBQ and 1 Chilli sauce along with the QP Habanero.
— QP was more heat than flavor — the other bacon version is better IMO. Otherwise it was fine.
— The fries with the nuggets were limp — wife didn’t complain so we left as is. But definitely could have been better.
— Nuggets — count was correct but they forgot the sauces we wanted. Back I went to the cashier and she was busy. Asked another one — she handed me 2 chili and I repeated a second time «No, I wanted 2 BBQ and 1 chili.» At that moment she rolled her eyes (as in YOU should be lucky that *I* am serving you today, attitude). David was quite proficient, however.
Finally sweet tea to go — three batches expiring later that day. That was good to see since another McD had no label.

This location has the greatest staff I’ve ever met for a restaurant where the interaction lasts about 30 seconds. They go above and beyond kind and courteous by always making me smile or laugh.
