Don’t know why this place is still open. My wife likes the clothes, but the store is always a mess. This place is actually a lot nicer than it was 9 months ago, but it needs better care. I feel like I am in a warehouse.

Went into this store a few months back to pick up specific items I had seen online. For starters, this is possibly maybe one of the most unorganized Old Navy stores I’ve been in but maybe they’re all that way and I’ve just never really noticed until then. However, the people that work there are fun & super nice and helpful. They also have a pretty decent selection of the basics. I ended up buying several skirts, a dress, a tank, 3 shirts, some hair accessories, and a blazer for under a $ 100. sweet deal! Great clothes and options, just needs way more organisation even though I realize that it must be a really hard task with people coming in slinging clothes around all day every day. Went in yesterday for the half off everything sale and scored loads of new stuff for me and my husband, all for under $ 200. yaas!

It seems like every time I walk into this store the employees are just standing around talking with one another. The store is ALWAYS messy! Coming from someone who has worked in the retail business, a store that looks like this turns customers off. I hardly see anyone in here, compared to the other Old Navy’s in the area. Don’t waste your time walking in here.

I’m not much of a shopper. I might come here a few times a year looking for kids clothes on sale. We came on a week night and it was dead. The store was trashed… piles of clothes everywhere. However, if you were willing to dig through and find your size there were really good deals to be had!!! I’m just not a shopper. I got my son what he needed, a few things for myself, and got out of there. If it were organized I would have spent more money b/c then I could have found stuff in my size. So maybe if they step it up, organize the piles of clothes they need to sell… it could be better.
