Pizza Hut

Service sucks… Waited 45 to get a salad. another 20 for pizza ONLY PEOPLE IN HERE!!! On the bright side the pizza was hot.

Worst Pizza Hut I been to. I used to work for Pizza Hut and they don’t have any motivation or get up and go about them. I was at the counter waiting to check out with my carry out order, people were moving slow, hugging and I was just looking at my carry out order in the hot box. Nice people just very slow. This is why chic fila is killing all restaurants. They are fast, efficient, and customer service is up and beyond expectation.

Lots of problems with this location, and a letter sent to the corporate office gave me the company line of «thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will discuss this with the management.»
To sum this up briefly:
1. Ants were on our table, and on the seats
2. Service is abysmal. I had to seat myself, get my own menus and find someone to take my order.
3. Food took more than 30 minutes to arrive, despite being the ONLY ones in there.
4. Bathroom: Disgusting! About half an inch of standing water all over the floor, wreaked of urine!
5. Our pizza had some weird, thick black slime on it where the pizza was cut.
Absolutely disgusting place! If this is how they keep the front of the house, I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like.
The ONLY reason we even went is because my 5-​year-​old son was excited to earn a personal pan pizza through their Book-​It program. The next time he earns a free pizza, I’m just going to buy him one at Little Cesar’s … At least their place is clean.

The worst meal I’ve had in a long time.
Last night around 8pm, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, asian wings, and breadsticks online for carryout. The ordering process was easy and straightforward. But the problems began the second I got to the actual restaurant.
I parked and attempted to enter the building, but the doors were locked. I tried to read the hours sign to make sure they were open, but the hours were scratched out. I honestly couldn’t even determine if they were open because there was no one inside. I finally caught an employee walking around and he pointed me around to the other side of the building; apparently they lock one of the entrances after the dining room closes — something I didn’t know, nor was there a sign.
So I finally got inside and the guy disappeared. Didn’t come to the register, didn’t take my payment, nothing. I stood alone at the counter, watching what I’m hoping is my food being made, and I didn’t even know if the employees knew I was there.
I finally got my food and headed home. The pizza dough was soft and everything was falling apart. The wings sucked — both the meat and the soggy breading. I threw away most of the wings and have most of the pizza in my fridge in case I get desperate. The best part of the meal was the Coke that I already had at my house.
The only reason I went to Pizza Hut in the first place was because my wife wanted breadsticks. I should have known their other food still tasted awful — that’s why I never go there. That’s why I’m going to keep not going there.

Two stars because we did eat but I have had problems with this location before but wanted some Pizza Hut deep dish pizza flavor that only Pizza Hut can do.
We were greeted at the door by a bellowing waitress on the other side of the dining room to seat ourselves and grab some silverware. We found our seats and the waitress did come by for our drink orders.
The pizza was not representing itself very well under those heat lamps. The few slices available told of a story of sitting in the sun for the last few hours at 100° temps without shade, sunscreen and water. There were 5 breadsticks and I managed to scrape some dipping sauce off the sides for them. Pizza was brought out slowly, there was a line of people waiting for it everytime they brought them out.
After 30 minutes I wound up asking the busboy if he knew someone in the kitchen. If he had pull in the kitchen and if we could have some breadsticks. He said to give him 15 minutes. He did follow through with his promise but when they brought them out there weren’t any plates. So he went back in and brought them out.
Bottom line. Although our drinks were topped off, and breadsticks were brought out on demand, the pizza was not plentiful and that’s the second reason I go. (First reason is breadsticks)

This place has gone downhill!!! Went to pick up an order, paid at the window and was told «my pizza was coming out of the oven», was told the rest of my order would be ready in a few minutes. I was then asked to pull around and wait. I went back to window about 10 minutes later but drive thru was backed up so walked in. There were about 5 other people waiting and nobody was happy. When a girl working the counter asked me what I was waiting on I informed her I had already paid for my order and showed her my receipt. She then told me they were out of half of my order and they had to make my breadsticks and cinnamon sticks out of a pizza crust. It would have been fine if someone would have told me, I would have come on another day, I have one child that only eats the breadsticks. At this point over an hour had passed, my pizza was cold and the girl says with an attitude, «do you want me to throw it away and give you a refund?» Really… i asked for a corporate number and was told that they don’t have one. I called the number on the receipt and let them know about my problems. Later that evening the manager called me and left a message. When I returned her call, she said she didn’t have time for me and would call back! Yeah right! Great management skills!

From the minute we walked in, we were confused. No one greeted us and we sat at at one if the many empty booths. A man who was vacuuming took our order with headphones on. The salad bar was less than par. We came here for pizza and definitely not for the atmosphere ! Why are the people that work here wearing beanies? What in the world is this? Is this real life?

Came during lunch time. The place was pretty busy with one waitress taking orders, delivering drinks, clearing tables, and dealing with register. The poor woman (Karen) was dealing with all that and a bad limp. Unfortunately for her, it took her a while to make her way around the room to deal with refills and other customer issues. I’ll still tip her good since she is doing the best she can with what she has.
The Food: it was Pizza. The only issue was some of the pizza had been sitting there a while… along with the pasta. They needed to pay closer attention to that… the crusts were like bricks.
The tables and chairs: At your own risk! The booth I was in was falling apart. I almost fell to the ground when I first sat down. Since I was there for the buffet, I made sure after the first time to hold the seat in place before sitting. The opposite seat (backrest) seems to be held up with Velcro… which isn’t holding.
I come here once every few months or so and nothing has really changed. Same waitress busting her butt and the same broken atmosphere. It is the only walk-​in Pizza Hut around me… so you just deal with it when your in the mood for pizza.

We ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni and bread. Sticks. Liked the flavor of the sauce and the spice. Was cooked and I picked it up in a timely manner.

I’ve had really good experiences with this location. I only go in to order take out but they have been really friendly and courteous. They have a pick up window so you can just drive up to get your pizza without having to go back in. Hand tossed pizza really good. Pizza Hut has the best breadsticks!
