Pizza Hut

Terrible customer service and the food is ⁴⁄₅ times not prepared the way I ordered it. I always order online so I don’t understand how stuff is always missing. Today in particular I called to inform them of the problem and a worker named Toya argued with me. She told me that she «watched the pizza be made» and that the toppings were there. Then she pulled up my order and said «all we forgot to add was this this and this» If you know that pizza is missing toppings (and which toppings were missing without me telling you), why did you send it out? I should know not to order from here by now. Would rather recommend the Dominoes nearby than this particular pizza hut.

first I called they didn’t pick up my phone after that I placed the order online .And the delivery of my ordered took too much long time I placed the order of pizza at 2:47 and got it at3:20
, it’s the 7 minutes far from my location .
3 stars for the pizza coz taste was good but the service was terrific.

Cahier need to wash her hands once she return from outside and they need to get the orders right order 2 pizzas 1 pepp and 1 cheese and of course I got 2 pepp its unacceptable

This location is very small and its delivery or take out only. When I walked in I could smell the oil the cook the chicken in, it smelled old like it needed to be changed. They seem very busy and are slow with service.

Worst experience with a pizza hut ever. We were at a hotel in the area and the nearest restaurant was already closed by the time we settled in. So we picked up the phone and called the nearest Pizza Hut to the hotel. The first call, they took my order after much fuss and correcting but then didn’t get my card right, put me on hold and hung up on me. So I called back and got put on hold before I could even say boo and got hung up on shortly after. So the third call I finally got my order finished. Then we waited an hour and 15 minutes. No pizza, wtf. So I called again. They transferred my order to another Pizza Hut in the are to handle. I got the number for the other Pizza Hut and called them. They had no idea and could find nothing about my order in their system.
Later that evening I checked my credit card and sure enough there sat a pending charge for the pizza.
