Priority Acura

Lots and lots of Priority commercials over the year. I finally get to see this place in action. Not there to get a new whip. Not yet, at least… Instead, I was getting a simple inspection on the new ILX my lady has. So this review is more of the facility. After all, Acura has stellar vehicles. Get past a dumbass car salesperson and you’re good to go.
I saw the sign at the check in station boasting their top notch facility — Starbucks coffee and a recliner chair, the two things that caught my attention. The presentation with their signage led me to believe that I was going to walk into some super high class facility. Don’t get me wrong. I’m far from anything booshie. I had visions of a barista greeting me. I imagined massage chair service like you get at Brookstone. I think the signage oversold me. The Starbucks is a push button machine. There’s a massage chair in the general lobby. Bonus — it has the calf massage feature, too.
It was 7:45am so I decided to get my day started in their quiet lobby. It’s enclosed. They have desks. There’s WiFi. I was able to get a lot done in 45 minutes.
All in all, a good facility. I got what I needed done and had a few nice amenities to kill time. But don’t get oversold on the wall stickers. You get a few nice extras from the other dealerships I’ve been to in the past.

Balling on budget…
My search began with the contemplation of purchasing a used Acura TSX. I knew from the start exactly what I wanted. My salesman was very involved and as good salesmen do, found the car I was looking for. I love my car and feel that it is a great value for the price and features. No complaints!
I LOVE that they have priorities for life which includes:
1. Towing to Acura
2. Manicures on Wednesday
3. Free state inspections
4. Free oil changes
5. Lifetime guarantee on engine
My only complaint is that when I bought the car there was a minor issue that I felt should have been taken care of prior to me driving off the lot. Acura did fix the problem immediately and made everything right.
In the future I would purchase again from priority acura.
