I had a bad experience with Cox and figured out a way to get wifi without using them and hence my trip to this location.
Angela was helping me and I have to say she was very friendly and helpful and the reason I gave T mobile 5 stars. Does it suck that thy are busy and you have to wait yes but it doesn’t suck when you get great service.
I’ve have had bad experiences at other T stores but not here.

Recently updated my personal phone and my business phone to i5c’s. I am not a tech person nor do I care about having the latest and greatest, just want something that does what I need it to reliably. the lady who helped us took the time to explain the differences and what would best suit my needs, along with transferring all of my old photos and contact list from my old phone. She knew her stuff, answered all of my questions without being pushy, and had me out the door quicker than I expected. She even installed my screen protectors for me. thanks for making phone buying a painless experience!
