Horrible customer service! Lots of employees standing around talking but no one willing to help. I will be going to Lowe’s for any future home and Garden needs!

I can’t say I notice too much of a difference between the different Home Depot’s other than the service and this one has always been great.
Since spring hit my wife and I seem to be here every other weekend to work on little projects that keep popping up. Each time we walk in the door someone in an orange apron is immediately upon us to funnels us right direction of where we need to be. If we have a confused look on our face or pause just a little they walk us there.
Also, I can’t remember ever going there and not finding what we needed so I’d have to say they keep it pretty well stocked.
Being retired Navy we especially enjoy the military discount on any of our purchases and the return policy is also quite good so when I purchase the wrong item, which seems to happen a lot, I can take it back without any hassle… even if it’s months later.
Although our kids are much older (thankfully, lol) I do enjoy seeing the kids taking the classes they have when we come walking in and out of the store on the weekends. Seeing kids smile is always a great way to start off the day.
Overall I give the HD 4 Stars and my business.

Worst home depot ever. Go to the Lowes on N Battlefield. Watched family walk right out of the store after trying to buy an entire roof for their house because the customer service desk was rude by acting like they were stupid. I sat there for 45 minutes and had to go through 3 different employees to find out they brought me a lawn mower when I ordered a nail gun. They finally found, but employee had a I don’t care attitude. Don’t waste your time here employees know nothing.

Having always been a Lowe’s kinda girl I was disappointed when we moved to the country and only had a HD. All that changed though on my first visit in. I can’t decide if it was the extremely knowledgeable employees, their willingness to help or the abundance of them that won me over but I’m now a Home Depot woman. Since moving out here we have only been back to Lowe’s once and I don’t know why I was so infatuated with them. I couldn’t wait to leave their Military Hwy location. Granted, they had an abundance of workers milling about but not one of them offered to help us. If it wasn’t for the grill we bought that day, I’d never go back.
Oh, the paint dept? It is the bomb! LaTonya is an attribute to be treasured. I couldn’t decide on a paint color because of the natural wood trim in our bedroom so she suggested we go with sage tint (which was actually on my short list of colors). She couldn’t have been more right. It turned out stunning! Since the pic was taken we’ve replaced the ceiling fan, 2 light fixtures and have a list of projects to be completed. Projects that will only involve visits to HD.

Lets start off with we all know that it’s a big box hardware store. Well this Home Depot is one of the few that has employees that; 1. know what they are talking about. 2. they enjoy there job! 3. are willing to help you! hard to find in a big box store. The paint desk best around they know paint and will mix what you want.

I enjoy going to Home Depot. I am not an frequent shopper, because I do not do repairs or contruction, but I go there for décor several times a year. (Plants, Window privacy film, Paint… etc) They have such a great selection of items and everyone there is ALWAYS helpful. They continually ask me if I need any help (then again, that could be because of the lost look on my face… lol) or if I found everything I needed. I am a military wife and just found out recently that they offered a military discount, which is nice. In fact, I am heading back there today for more plants!
