Went in today to look for paint, stood looking at 2 employees talking to each other and ignored me. Took 10 minutes and when they finally registered I was there, they would just point to where I needed to go. Wouldn’t walk with me or help, very lazy and only help if your a woman.

OMG!!! We purchased lumber and they refuse to cut it!!! Are you serious? I’m so disappointed. This lumber is being used for my son’s Eagle Scout project. He’s building 4 benches for an elementary school. We were told that they will not cut the lumber because it is for a project? Huh? Ok, yes, I am completely ignorant on ordering/purchasing lumber. This was the first time I’ve ever purchased it and I just assumed they would cut it to size for us. I’m clueless on this one. Makes no sense to me whatsoever. I will be checking out other businesses to find out if they’ll cut the lumber that we’ll need for future projects.

I have been here several times and while the employees are friendly it was not the best experience I’ve had. Let me explain. I have been in Home Depots where the staff is very proactive. I have been asked each time an employee has seen me(I believe it was 5 x’s) and while I need help only occasionally it is exceptional customer service. At this location you will be assisted by a staff member once your able to track one down and they will be glad to assist you though. It’s not horrible and I’m sure I’ll be back but just basing this experience with other Home Depots in the past.

We have been into this store two times now to ask questions in the cabinet dept and have gotten zero help. The first time the guy barely acknowledged the question I asked him and then turned to someone else that came up and he started helping them and left us standing there with no answers to our questions. We had actually had to have someone called to the dept as we wanted info on home remodeling. There is NEVER anyone in that department available to ask questions of. Today we were in there and had the same person ‘try’ to help us. We wanted answers about appliances and he and NONE! We wanted answers about cabinets, he again had NONE! Anything we asked him he had NO answer other than to relate what he obviously had learned when he was hired… cause he knew NOTHING of anything we asked him. Seriously…this person has ZERO business being in this dept… he has NO knowledge of anything other than to answer the basic questions and on top of that, he has barely any interest in helping you. Then he just wanders off and you’re left standing there. REALLY Homedepot??? You can’t find someone that can actually HELP a customer that could potentially be spending $$$$ in your store??? Fire this guy!!! He is truly worthless.

My door installation: If only I had the option to apply(0) stars… I have yet to experience a decent installation from Home Depot. While I am not a perfectionist, I believe that a door should shut properly, and once the door is shut, my puppy should not be able to open it. I also believe that a door knob should be centered to the door knob cutout and light should not be visible through the hole. I returned to the store two days later, and no one was available to address my concerns. But, a clerk entered my information«into the system,» and I was assured that I would receive a return phone call the next day. Here it is four days later, so, I called customer service. Transferred and directed to voice mail. How exactly will extremely low level of customer service correct my poorly installed door? So far, I am out almost $ 500, had this been done correctly.

They are really nice! I asked some questions to some stuffs. They answered me right away. I was lost and one of the staffs told me where my husband was. Good observation;) Various things for many uses. 10% off for military!

So far we’ve experienced a lack in customer service. We stood in the mower aisle waiting for help that was«on its way» for over 20 minutes. Finally went to Lowe’s instead! Also rented a non working tile saw. Brought it back immediately where a cashier apathetically processed our refund.
