I enjoy Toys R Us when it’s not crowded and I don’t have kids which rarely happens. So I just go with the flow. This store is decent. It carries a lot of toys for all ages to include bikes, seasonal items(currently Easter), clothes and electronics. They are a one stop shop for gift giving. Pick up your item and select a card, wrapping paper or make life simpler and grab a bag and tissue paper. An item available for any boy, girl or any age. Most of the time I have been in there has been two registers plus the electronics available. So the wait time is pretty minimal. The employees stocking shelves or in the aisles are extremely helpful. Sometimes it’s just easier to ask them where a certain item is. The parking lot is a little small which is only a hindrance during the holiday time. They also offer kids Lego events. These events are free for kids and runs for about 2 – 3 hours on a Saturday! They either stay on site to build a certain item or take it home.

What is the use of having staff on the floor if they have no clue as to how to help the customers? Asked them to search for a toy and I waited so long that I left before even getting an answer. If I wanted to wait a significant amount of time I would have ordered the toy online. There are plenty of other stores in the area to give my business to, will not be back!

Staff just ok. Store is often dirty/not organized. They don’t always have what we want… so lots of legos but not the sets the kids want. They do have a reward program if you shop often. It’s a short session so you have to buy a lot in that time frame to get reward. Kids birthday club sends $ 3 coupon and another coupon every year. Some food and clothes. Overall it’s just ok. The kids like it enough but we don’t spend as much time here anymore… Amazon is cheaper and delivers fast enough.
