I wanted to go see a celebrity at this club, so I contacted the phone number that was on that particular flyer. The person sounded like he had an attitude and he had just woke up! I mean, if money is calling (I know you club promoters get paid to sell tickets and bring in a crowd), wouldn’t you want to wake your a$$ up? I’ve never been here before and I could already tell this place was ratchet. Heard there was a shooting here not too long ago. Save your life and your $ 30…

There are about 58 things I can instantly think of that are worthy of my $ 20. A club, especially this one, is not one.
If you are able to obtain the discount code from wherever, please make sure it is the very first word outta your mouth. Don’t greet the girl at the counter; just blurt out the secret code. Even if you feel ridiculous. And even if a fight has broken out in the lobby two feet away from you and you find yourself wondering why you’re even still considering going inside.
I should also mention the parking situation. The lot is for VIP. It’s also $ 20. Otherwise, you must park at the motels nearby where the club has a readily available shuttle to take you back to the very long line. So many girls got off the bus, I had to wonder if there are even any seats.
This club has three rooms. A half-​empty reggae one. A huge one that plays music from the late 90s and early 2000s. And the main room which was super packed, and playing all the current «hits.» For this to be the most popular room, you’d think they’d have a real and full bar. Nope — just a woman behind a makeshift bar. Cash only.
I do not miss the nightlife but if I did, Va Live wouldn’t be the place to get my fix. I’d rather spend a Friday night watching Shark Tank although this club is great for people-​watching. It’s just life or death while you do it.

Wednesday nights they have live R&B Music. Happy Hour specials. This week they had $.10 wings. I ordered the old bay Wings. They were cooked perfect. They also had $ 2. Well drinks. Always a good time here.
