WORSTCOMPANYEVER. First of all, when we went there to paint, we had to wait 45 minutes before we ever got our paint to start working on our pieces. I couldn’t believe how long it took them to get us set up. They called and said my 4 pieces were ready but when I went to pick up my pieces, they said they couldn’t find them. I waited there for over a half hour and they only found 2 of the 4 pieces. They said my order got split up and to come back another day. When the owner asked how far I drove, I said 30 minutes. His response, «oh that’s not far.» They never apologized for them messing up my order. Between the drive there and back and waiting for them to try to find 2 out of the 4 pieces, it took me almost 2 hours. They never seemed sorry. I came back 2 days later, and they have told me my mug BROKE in their kiln. They didn’t refund me. I am SOUNHAPPY with them. The owners are a mess and totally unorganized. I DONOT recommend this to anybody unless you want your pottery to break.

Super cute place… Spent few hours here with girlfriends. Chris was very helpful in reserving space and helping us day of event even when booked for a kids party. Kids party made it a little noisy so next time we are planning on reserving tables for girls only wine & cheese party… Check for Groupon or Livingsocial deals before going…

I bought a Living Social deal for Ready Glaze Fire($ 15 for $ 30 of pottery) It was great deal and the owner was attentive when I went and glazed my pottery. That was about as far as the good experience went though. After we checked out she told me she would call me and let me know when all the pottery was ready(I went with my niece and nephew and we had about 7 pieces). After three weeks I finally called and asked if it was ready and she told me she doesn’t call and that you just come pick it up in 7 – 10 days(she NEVER stated this when I was there). So I said I would come in Monday to pick up my pottery. I drove the half hour to pick it up Monday and there was a handwritten note on the door saying the business was closed Mondays in May(again she never stated this on the phone when I said I would come in to pick it up Monday). Upon driving another half hour the following day I found out a piece of pottery was missing and she stated she would call me when it was found. She did in fact call me and told me that her husband would drop it off when he was in my area(again I live half an hour away so I felt as though that was compensation due to their losing my pottery). Flash forward three weeks later and two phone calls on my part to inquire what happened to the bowl when finally I got so frustrated I took a morning off to drive to the place to pick up my bowl. The customer service except for when I was actually there painting my pottery was lackluster at best.
