Been here several times. Typical McDonald’s food. Services were great from an employee named Brian. .very courteous and quick to get my family’s food. And no mistakes which seems to happen all over the country when we have traveled.

This McDonald’s can be very crowded at peak hours (breakfast and lunch) due to its proximity to the courthouse and government complex. That means the drive thru and in store wait will be lengthier. But around 3pm? They moved so fast, I couldn’t get my money ready together fast enough in the drive thru! I’m just glad that the drinks I’ve ordered have always tasted great (unlike some other locations).

5 stars for service, not the food! The is the fastest McD’s in the RVA area. Hands down. Everyone who works there is very polite and efficient. If only the McD’s off of Broad were this awesome. Granted, I’ve never been at night as this location is right by my work. During lunch hour, they crush it! Definitely try going inside rather than the drive-​thru. It seems faster!
