I know, I know. who writes a review of a uhaul place? In Chester?
I made the reservation online through
, someone called me back within hours from the actual location to verify the order and the truck size etc… super friendly and helpful.
When I arrived, a couple were complaining because the truck they had reserved wasnt there (word to the wise, no matter what the uhaul website says, always call the location directly and verify — learned while standing in line at uhaul)…
While I was standing in line my house that i was moving into fell through and I had to not only get a truck, but also a storage place.
It was hot, people were complaining, I just lost my house and was on the brink of tears…
And the uhaul folks were no nice, so professional, so helpful.
Also, the grounds are clean, the trucks are good, etc…

Look. This is going to sound really dumb, because there are about 5 BIG. GIANT signs that say U-​Haul and trucks out front, but you WILL drive right by this stupid place. You’ll drive by, wonder where it was, look all around, turn around and come back only to see how obvious it was and smack yourself. It’s not just me. Other people have done this as well. So watch out right as you’re passing what looks like an interstate on/​off ramp. It’s right there!
Other than that, there’s not much to say about the place. It’s U-​Haul.
