The customer service representative at this location, Betsy, went out of her way to help me with my packages. I’m new to the St. Louis area and really appreciated how friendly and approachable she was! I will definitely be returning to this Fedex location again.

This place is soooo preferable to shipping stuff through the Office Max across the street. They are quick, responsive and knowledgeable. I used to rue the day when I had to ship samples for work before stumbling across this place.

I went in here to order Christmas cards this year. I design my own in Photoshop because I never like any of the pre-designed cards or they just don’t offer what I want to do with the layout of the card. Anyway, the website says 5×7 is the size of the card. I designed a 5×7 and when I went there, it didn’t fit right. Even scaling it down, it wasn’t the right aspect ratio! The employee ended up looking up the specifications and it was something like 7.11×4.71. It may not have been that exact number, but it was a different aspect ratio than the final 5×7 that it advertised. That’s really annoying. If you’re going to advertise a ‘blank’ card where you insert your own image or design, it’s pretty essential to know the exact specifications to design the template. As far as the store goes, no complaints. The employees were nice and helpful. It’s just poor advertising, but I’m sure not a whole lot of people use the option I used.
