Jersey Mike’s Subs

Every time I’ve been I’ve gotten awesome service and it’s probably my favorite place to get a sandwich around chesterfield. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and they actually know what they are doing. The staff always keeps the place looking professional and I’ve never once seen or had to complain about cleanliness. Overall I highly recommend this jersey Mikes as it out plays all the rest 10x over.

I was really impressed with this Jersey Mike’s location, especially compared to the other restaurants in the Hancock Village. Aside from the friendly staff and quick service, I was most happy about the overall cleanliness of the place. Nothing ruins my appetite like a dirty store and I was thankful to not have that problem here. I have always been extremely satisfied with this location.

I am really a huge fan of jersey mikes subs as a whole. But this location has got to be the dirtiest of them all. Food all over the floor in the back and they just wipe everything off the cutting board into the bucket of «new» lettuce. I have started to go a couple miles out of my way to the one at commonwealth.

I must say that I dearly love Jersey Mikes and feel they have the best subs around. I did have a bad experience today around 5:30 pm and it was completely about lack of service. The young man running the register and sometimes helping with Sandwiches was a very angry young man. It was somewhat awkward to check out because he was so angry about the shape of the register. He then took meat out to place on the grill and slammed it on there like he was mad at the world. He clearly does not like his job. My point is that if people witness this too often then they will not come back.

Worst Jersey Mikes in the area and the manager doesn’t mind skimping your sub under pressure. Go to the one by commonwealth… unless you enjoy sandwichs with nothing on them.

I typically go to Jimmy John’s when I’m in the mood for a quick sub but today I was in the shopping center around Jersey Mike’s so I decided to stop in. I’ve been to other locations before so I knew what I should be expecting from them.
This location is clean, as it should be since the building is only about a year old. But at six when there should at least be some customers there for dinner, not a soul was around. I even seemed to be intruding on the employees’ time to goof off. I was in their shoes at one point though, so I understand that they’d rather talk than do their job.
It didn’t take long for my food to be ready… I just ordered a grilled veggie wrap as it is on their menu. I could tell I was in for a mess by the lopsided shape of the wrap when they handed it to me. About five minutes later it began leaking out of the foil. I knew I was going to be disappointed before I opened it. The thing wasn’t cut all the way through, one half wasn’t even wrapped, and it had ranch all but pouring out of the seams. Because of all the ranch they put on it, the entire tortilla was an unpleasant, soggy disaster. And to top it off, I found a piece of steak mixed in with the veggies… smooth.
Another thing about Jersey Mike’s, they’re about a dollar or two more per sandwich than Subway or Jimmy Johns. You’d expect this price increase to mean for fresher and better ingredients. Unfortunately this was just a greasy, dripping mess. Subway and Jimmy Johns use fresher ingredients and have a lot more options.
If I go back to a Jersey Mike’s store in the future, it won’t be this one. And I’ll definitely request the dressing on the side. Gross. Jersey would be ashamed.

Born and raised in north Jersey this Jersey Mile’s Can’t really compare to the NJ real deal but comes fairly close for a sub shop…

Ok. I know the «foodies» won’t be able to stand me giving a chain restaurant 5 stars, but the fact is this is the best place to get a sandwich in RIC. I’ve had subs all over the city since moving here a few years ago, and there just isn’t anywhere better, or even as good. The ingredients are fresh and tasty, you know what you’re gonna get, and this location has very nice, respectful, prompt service. I would drive past other locations for the service at this one. Good job guys, you deserve it.
