Chipotle Mexican Grill

While I do love chipotle, I’d skip this location. They’re very stingy with their meat and even toppings. Like really rice and beans? I literary had to ask for double everything for my bowl to equal that of other locations. Thankfully I had a free Burrito coupon so not too upset. Now I totally understand the low rating of this place.

We just came from chipotle and had a great meal. It was my first time eating there and the service was great and they gave my husband and I free dinner. Can’t say enough about the place

With all the scare of their ecoli outbreak this place was still jam packed. Chipotle is like crack once you start you can’t stop even if they have had bad publicity lately. I will never stop going. The main rush is between 6 and 8 if you find yourself here at those times be ready to wait. All in all its a great place mu suggestion is to get their app and press order you can skip the long line and go straight to the front to pick your stuff up.

I go to this place more often than I do to Qdoba even though the latter is closer to where I work because I like the food at the former better. However, whenever the line is busy, they just rush everything & don’t give attention to the amount of each item they put into the food. That’s to say that they either put more of what I want lesser or/​and lesser of what I want more. Also the last time I went there, the food had too much salt. If they improve these, they’ll get my 5 *****!!!

I would give this location a 0 if I could. I stopped coming to this location about 6 months ago after repeated issues. Contacted corporate, got the same runaround on how sorry they were and what can we do to make it better. Tonight, I decided to give it another shot after 6 months to see if anything had changed. If I could some my experience up with one word it would be «GARBAGE!» Rice and veggies were raw. The food only filled the bowl by half and when I asked for more I was told that they were gonna charge me extra because I was exceeding my portion size.
I will consider this strike 3 for Chipotle and will not be spending my hard earned cash with their company any further. I would urge you to stay away and take your money elsewhere.

Food was outstanding as usual, but as many people have complained about not only at this location but at others as well is there stingy portions. This is the first time I’ve gone to Chipotle and received poor portions of rice and beans. Of course not talking about having to ask for double chicken. Double chicken must mean one complete spoon full. This type of service is ridiculous.

Hands down the best chipotle I’ve been to. I frequently travel and have never come across another Chipotle with the consistency as this one.

Ther’s always a line!!! Fix that and I’ll give you 5 stars. I enjoy this place because the food is fresh and healthy, the best guacamole next to mine.

I can’t say enough about Chipotle! I don’t know what I did before it existed! You can have your regular chicken bowl or spice things up with a burrito or tacos or quesadillas! It’s endless. When I go I get a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, Veges, corn salsa, lettuce and some cheese! Some of these meals although looking healthy can rack up over 900 calories so they offer nutrition facts! I’ve been able to enjoy my bowl and knock off 400 calories by removing sour cream, cheese and no substituting gauc! The fact that they take so much pride in having real meat, not treated, etc makes it even better! You can eat it and know you’re getting real food! If guy haven’t tried it, get out there!

This location use to be amazing. They gave a decent amount of food and everything tasted great. Now it just seems like they are giving you less and less of everything. I went in today and got a pitiful amount of rice, fajitas and chicken. At this point I asked the lady why they were getting so skimpy on everything and she threw a fit and threw some more toppings on. I have had to do this the last few times I’ve been. I don’t even mind paying for extra meat as long as you give me a decent amount of everything else aswell.
I just finished my last gift card that I for christmas (all I typically ask for from friends and family is chipotle cards) and I can tell you that I won’t be back for a while. Going to give it some time and try again and see if I have to beg again for a decent portion.

I love Chipotle! Bowls and burritos with no beans is the way to go! Also love the chips and salsa, too!

This location always skimps on portions! The employees seem like they are just trying to get you out the door and have completely forgotten proper customer service etiquette… a friend went there recently and found plastic wrap inside her burrito and management did nothing… I would advise any chipotle lover to avoid this location like the PLAGUE… worst chipotle ever! And give people proper portions for what they pay for!

Food was good but chipotle is chipotle and it’s good at every chipotle I’ve been to so here the 2 star rating is for the service.
Everyone who works here look like they hate their life, and are very rude. People in line in front of me either ordered extra something, or a little bit if something and the lady kept rolling her eyes.
The line did go fast though which is good although I felt so rushed when ordering my burrito fillings that’s I almost kind of just picked the first things I saw as to not piss off the lady behind the counter more than she seemed. Also $ 2 for a small tablespoon of guacamole on my burrito??? Wtf!
With that being said I will likely be back but only because the next closest chipotle is 25 minutes from my house.

Ok, soooooo I love Chipotle BUT this location SUCKS!!! I decided to stop here while I was working on this side of town. They gave me lumps of FAT for meat and the rice was crispy like chips. Needless to say I did not finish the bowl and went to bed hungry. I’ll just stick to my Cox Rd location!

I love chipotle but this location, the management is horrible. Rude, Petty and unprofessional. I definitely will not come back to this chipotle due to this factor. They are skimpy on the fillings even when you are willing to pay extra for additional for extra filling for your burrito. They will definitely become combative with you when you ask for additional fillings especially when you are willing to pay. Then when you state you are willing to pay extra for the filling, they will tell you due to policy we cannot fulfill your request. As result, the manager turnt her back on me and went her merry way. Definitely unprofessional and horrible customer service.

As usual Chipotle makes an amazing burrito. Recently going to this location I have noticed that they have been putting smaller amounts of rice and they really hold back on their meat. They have been serving me «baby scoops» of their meat and this makes the burrito irregular.

I find Chipotle everywhere I go! It is my favorite fast food restaurant. The food was awesome as usual. The line was long but it moved very quick. My only complaint is that they were not keeping up on the dining room. The trash was overflowing and the tables were dirty.

Love Chipotle! The burritos are large, and always tasty. I usually get the carnitas bc the other protein options are a little too spicy for me. They have really good guac, and I love adding a side of chips to dip into it… and whatever falls out of my burrito ;-) If you are unfamiliar with the way that Chipotle works, it is like a Subway for burritos.
I do agree with one of the previous posters about the service though. Not the best. They run low on stuff a lot and then yell at each other about it in front of the customers. It always makes me feel awkward, and it has happened on more than 2 occasions at this location. That’s just one example, and I can think of several other faux pas, but I’ll stop at the one. Honestly if I were writing this review purely from a service standpoint, they would probably only get a 2 from me. Unfortunately the only other Chipotle that would be considered «nearby» for me, is like 30 min away, and the service is not really the reason I come here anyway. I usually go at night, around 9, and it is almost always packed then, so be prepared to wait a little while if you go around that time.

Really fresh food. I love this quick stop for a great grab-​n-​go meal. Prepared fresh every day, your plate is made right in front of you. A lot of healthy options ensures that you can make your plate as healthy as you want. They are not skimpy on the toppings, so if you want extra cheese sprinkled, just ask for it. Great service and I like the outdoor seating in the warmer months, but if you’d rather sit inside, it is super clean.
