The food is the only thing that will keep me coming back here. However, Kyle was extremely rude to us and to his coworkers. He referred to my orange chicken as «the old stuff, with dark meat» and«less flavorful, old stuff» because I didn’t want the Orange chicken with bacon or the honey sesame chicken. Can I not pick my food based on my own preferences without being patronized for doing so? There also always seems to be a line of people waiting for one of the entrees. Yes, the food is fresher that way but why always make people wait for 5 – 7 mins for their food? Our quick run into Panda turned into a 20 minute fiasco leaving me feeling sorry for the other employees there and not wanting to come back.

This place is ok. The people are very friendly, I just wasn’t impressed with the food. For a family of three it cost 35.16 for 32 entrée plates, 3 egg rolls and an order of crab Rangoon(3) with 3 small drinks. The food wasn’t hot. I will say the atmosphere was good and the place was extremely clean

I’ve never eaten at a Panda Express and later thought, «I’m glad I ate that.» Lots of sticky, glazed options. Pieces of the chicken in the orange chicken tasted like packing peanuts. They’re doing something seriously wrong when they fry them, or they’re letting them sit under a heat lamp way too long. Ditto for the spicy beef. Bacon orange chicken. BACON?!? This is just pandering to a demographic who will eat anything with bacon in it. This place is very popular with teenagers and people who haven given up trying to eat healthy and look good. That’s why I won’t be coming back.

Went Friday evening about 7:30. Friendly service although I was interrupted mid service by food coming up for others that were waiting. The surprising part was of the dozen or so offerings, about half were empty of most empty. I’m not sure if this is good ensuring hot food, or bad in terms of needing to wait for the food. The fried rice, brown rice, white rice options are good. Had the noodles. A bit too much cabbage to noodle ratio. Finished all the noodles and had a bunch if cabbage left. Had the orange chicken and Beijing beef. Both were good. There were quite a few tables filled. A good location and will return. Just wish so many dishes weren’t empty or almost empty.

Now that you can order grilled chicken with steamed rice in a bowl, this place is now a decent and healthy option for a meal on the quick.

It’s okay. The folks working here are generally cheerful. The location is always busy during lunch. So, the food probably turns fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the staff are so busy serving and cooking that the tables seem to stay a bit grungy. Also, there is a lot of open space in between tables, which makes it disappointing when all of the tables are full but the place still feels like there is ample room. The food is bland, for the most part. Then my wife told me today how unhealthy it is. Yikes! Mucho calories. I’ve eaten at this location about a dozen times, and the one in the Chesterfield Shopping Center a number of times. However, the novelty has worn off — there are too many other choices.

I have officially given up on this location. The last few visits were okay, but the very last one that made me swear off was the worst. There is a new dish, some sort of Shanghai Angus Beef. Now I’m fine with beef, but the sauce they use is very hot, too hot for me. When I said no thank you to a sample, the person serving me seemed offended that I would dare refuse a sample. It only got worse — I got dried out steamed rice, and when I tried to use a free item coupon, they didn’t want to honor it. So I will just have to deal with my Orange Chicken craving by driving to the Manchester location(the chesterfield mall location is hard to get to some days).

I eat here a lot, probably too much. The staff is always friendly and very quick. I’ve only had to wait for food to be cooked a couple of times and never more than 2 – 3 minutes. Overall fantastic place. *Updated” 11 January 2013 I’d like to add a few notes now that I’ve eaten here probably 15 times(Seriously, this place is like heroin for me). I have noticed that the food quality will vary a little. I always order the same thing: Fried rice and orange chicken. Depending on who prepares it, I guess, sometimes the orange chicken won’t be so orange and sometimes the fried rice lacks a little flavor. It’s rather minor, but I eat there enough to know immediately whether I got a good batch or a so-so batch. As I mentioned previously, the staff is always very nice and apologetic for any waits while food is being prepared. I just wish there was a little more consistency with some of the food.
