After waiting in line for 45 minutes in order to purchase some items for one of our clients, I had to drop all of the stuff and leave the store in order to make an appointment. I went back several hours later, and was once again ignored by the entire staff while standing at the check out counter. After over an hour of waiting to be helped, the manager asked one of her employees if she could drop what she was doing to help me. The woman simply said, «No. I am clocking out and going home.» After several more minutes, I was finally able to make my purchase and leave. Had it not been for my client who had previously chosen the items and wanted them in order to complete his interior design project, I would have simply dropped everything and left, in order to go elsewhere. I simply will not be spending any money at Pottery Barn unless I have another customer who is wanting something specific for their home, and only after I have tried to persuade said client to purchase elsewhere.

Good store! Huge selection on tons of little items for the home. Staff is very nice! The store is also very clean and well organized!

This place is really nicely decorated for Christmas. The store has a lot of nice things currently on sale. The furniture is a bit on the high side but there are plenty of items that are priced more reasonably. I understand it is the holiday season but the sales people are a bit rude and snippy and for this I am taking away a star.
