I’m a, now former Sprint customer. I switched from AT&T to Sprint and immediately had problems. There were significant limitations on the Sprint Network. The sales representative was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues that were brought to his attention; however, never found a resolution. They were helpful, until the 29th day when they told me that I just had to deal with it. Once I realized that they weren’t going to be able to help, I attempted to return the phones and they informed me that I was now, by one day, past my return exchange policy. They told me to call customer care, customer care said go to the store. They aren’t talking now… and refusing to talk to me. One of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I went back to AT&T.

I am the account holder for our family plan and i live in another state. Ran into numerous complications when we upgraded our phones in December. When i was about to lose my sh*t with one of the poor employees over the phone i asked for the manager. And Reed took over, thank god! He was calm and detailed in his explanations. Thought we had resolved the problem but ran into one last issue. I had to call back and not only did Reed help me out again but he had also followed up with his boss regarding our concerns. My family was able to walk in pick up their phones and get back home within an hour! Needless to say as long as Reed stays at this location we will only go here.

Every time my contract comes up for renewal I look at all the carriers and have ended up with Sprint for more than a decade. They have the lowest prices for what I need. I’m not saying that I’m completely happy or they are the best. You know how cell companies can be. The people at this location are helpful and friendly.
