I’m a huge advocate for customer service, and I can honestly say that this place is the definition of customer service. As soon as you walk in they offer you a free ice cold bottle of water. Sometimes it’s the little things that go a long way. And every time I come here no matter who’s working, each worker I’ve encountered has been extremely friendly and helpful. Another thing I really like is that if I’m wondering about a product and not sure if I’ll like it or not, they will offer you samples of it to see if you like it instead of me having to buy the entire thing and trying it out on a risk. So now next time I go in, I know exactly what I want knowing the product first hand. In conclusion, great store, great service, great products, and also not to mention they are very well educated in their products. 5 stars from me.
