This place rates zero stars but I had to give them one to get this review posted. The owner won’t talk to me about the negligent work they did — they rotated the tires on our car but didn’t secure the lug nuts. This caused us over $ 1,000 in damage to the car and we could have been killed. Why won’t they at least talk to me? When I go there, they always say the owner will call me but it’s been several months (I’ve ben in 5 times) so why is he hiding? Very fishy– don’t trust them with your car.

Though not super friendly, Valley Xpress is quick and gets the job done. BMW compatible filters are in stock, which has been a problem for me with many of the other lube joints in West County. While changing the oil, they clean the carpets and windows which is a nice touch.
I agree Valley does not try to push other services. Unfortunately they won’t clean fuel injectors.

I love this place. Its the first no nonsense oil change establishment I have been to. Unlike other oil change places, Valley Xpress Lube does not try and sell you services you do not need.
I highly recommend Valley Xpress Lube.
