I always have really great experiences here. The best thing about this store, other than their great clothing, is that the sales people are so friendly, knowledgeable, and are very honest about their opinions on how things fit on you. I’ve been helped before by Jessie(who unfortunately moved to NYC) and Louisa. Both of whom have been extremely kind and suggest outfits for you to try on if you don’t like what you already have. I recently reviewed the BCBG at Natick which, in usual situations, I don’t get fantastic customer service at. This location is a far better choice if you’re looking for a sales person to be friendly and offer up suggestions to match what you are looking for.

Wow. I think I had the best shopping experience ever at this BCBG. I found a perfect white dress to wear for my wedding next week(yes, I was in a last-minute freaking out mode), with a lot of help from this really great staff. I wish I got her name, she looks like blake whitney, gorgeous. When she first approached me, I thought she was one of those staff that’s there because of her looks and don’t really know about clothes or care about customers. I was WRONG and embarrassed of this assumption. She was super helpful, patient, and gave me enough space to think about it. Knew a lot about the dress, and what fits me! Made me in love more with BCBG. I want to write a letter to BCBG headquarters, she was that good. Copley BCBG has a lot to learn from this one.

I have a problem, and I think it’s got a lot to do with the insane sales going on at BCBG right now. Their pieces are classy, trendy, and well-made. I know they’re legit because they’re on offer at my home away from home, bloomingdales, as well. This location is stocked to the gills with cute dresses, sweaters, and furry vests. I was magnetically drawn to the 50% off rack, where I grabbed a super cute sweaterdress I don’t need. Then, the 30% rack beckoned me and I finally swooped up that red silk number I’d been casually eying for weeks– who doesn’t need another fancy cocktail dress for the holidays, really? The fact that I can rock it in a size zero adds to the self-confident boost, too. I noticed a couple small imperfections in one dress, and the associate happily discounted it another 10%. Given the state of my employment vis-a-vis my bills at the moment, I felt guilty making this non-returnable purchase… but the friendly service helped. Be forewarned that the dressing rooms are kinda gross(they were being mopped post flood last friday… yum), and the store could really use a remodel to look a little nice considering the cost of the goods they sell.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. The clothes are fabulous. It is my «go to» store for dresses — both casual and formal. They really know how to design clothes to flatter the female body. The tailoring is excellent and the fabric holds up well. But what REALLY sets this particular location apart is the incredible customer service. The staff there are all incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They once helped me put together outfits with clothes I’d purchased from other stores that I had with me. I find that they are honest about what does and does not look good on you. I never walk out of the store with purchases I later regret. Everyone who works there really knows their stuff about fashion trends, what will flatter you, how to put together outfits. Like many boutique-type stores, there is a very limited return policy and all sale items are final sales. The items are a bit pricey but worth it. And I’d much rather purchase things in the actual store and benefit from the salesgirls’ help than scavenge for bargains at discount stores or online. However AVOID the Natick store. The saleswomen there are incredibly rude, inattentive, unprofessional, and don’t know even the basics of fashion. I go tthe impression that they thought snooty behavior somehow made the store more«exclusive». And when I put something aside to hold for a half an hour I continued shopping, when I went to buy it they had put the item back on the rack and couldn’t find it for me. No one even apologized for the mistake. It seemed like at Natick, they prefer for you NOT to spend money in their store. The Back Bay store’s service is neither here nor there. They are neither helpful nor rude. So, if you want excellent service, be sure to go to the Chestnut Hill store.

This BCBG is FANTASTIC. Staff is super friendly and helpful. After my crappy experience at the BCBG on Newbury(that I used to love until they ignored everyone in the store and seemed annoyed we were even in there) — this was a breath of fresh air! They are having a huge sale right now on all their summer merchandise: 30, 50 and 70% off! What girl can’t appreciate that? The woman helping me started a dressing room, showed the sale items, then brought over various sizes and accessories as I was trying stuff on and needed other sizes, and accessories to see how an outfit would look. She also helped narrow down the choices to find the most flattering dress for me. To me, she wasn’t just trying to sell something — she was making sure it looked good too. I had 3 dresses and they all were ok, but one clearly looked the best and she agreed not to buy the other 2 and get the one(on sale!) that fit best. I’d rather have that, than someone who’s just trying to push me to buy all three, or not help out at all.
