This has been, by and far, one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I was shopping for a birthday gift for somebody, and the person that helped me, Toma, was by far one of the most helpful and knowledgeable in her field. I came in there with no clue what I wanted to get for the birthday gal (my mama). She really took the time to make a solid recommendation by asking me the right types of questions and ended up picking out a gorgeous watch (which was a huge hit)!
I think based solely on this experience, I would absolutely come back here for gift shopping. It goes to show you how one great customer experience can designate a particular store the preferred «gifts for others» destination! Buy from here. And ask for Toma.

My GF’s favorite store. I’ve bought her a bag, earrings, and an iPad case at this particular retail location. She’s bought herself a bag, a dress and a watch here. We’ve also ordered several pieces online to be delivered at home as well.
The staff are amazing here. The manager knows us on sight now and treats us like returning Royalty each time she sees us, and it’s not just because of the amount of money we spend here either. She genuinely cares and enjoys her job. We had a small — I mean very small issue — with the earrings; she took my cell number, called the manufacturer, worked out a solution and called me back the next day! Now that’s service!
The merchandise is top quality and the staff are phenomenal. SHOP HERE!

The women who work in this store are uniquely good at what they do. They are helpful, totally un-​pushy and have a great sense of style. The products are beautiful and shopping in the store is a wonderful experience. The store manager Lilian is particularly helpful. I recently shopped several stores that carried Michael Kors product in searching for a gift for my daughter. I had many options including just buying online. Lilian and her team make it totally worth it to shop in the store. I highly recommend preferreing the store when looking for Michael Kors products.
