Cvs Pharmacy

Followed me into the restroom and told me that I needed to be accompanied by a staff member, I proceeded to urinate all over the toilet seat and floor.

This cvs has staff with poor attitudes and unprofessional. One will have a conversation with another cashier while people are waiting in line to be rung up. Needs better management.

The coupon machine is nearly always broken or out of paper. I’ve had several bad experiences at the pharmacy, including while I was waiting for a walk-​in Rx with 2 kids in tow. I was told 10 minutes, so I waited there. 20 minutes later I started to ask and was told to wait. 30 minutes in, I find out that there was some kind of problem with the insurance number (not their fault, admittedly) but they CALLED MY HOME and left messages about it. Doh! What a nightmare. I won’t use the pharmacy anymore. For over-​the-​counter stuff, it’s adequate.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever visited! The pharmacy staff is apathetic and rude. One time I was picking up my fiancée’s medicine, and the staff member rolled his eyes at me as I was trying to spell the name for the 2^nd time. Then he proceeded to grab the prescription from my hand when I was trying to change the address in their system. On another occasion, my fiancée was trying to refill a prescription and her doctor faxed over the authorization. The pharmacists didn’t even bother to check the faxes before telling her the authorization wasn’t there and that she needed to come pick up the paper prescription. The problems don’t end with just the pharmacy; the cashiers at the front of the store are lazy and slow. At one point, one cashier was openly flirting with two women for two full minutes (a long time when other customers are standing in line!) before he finally checked my items. Rude on the phone, rude and lazy in person, I have started to go out of my way to avoid this pharmacy. I recommend using the CVS online system to refill your prescriptions through the mail, and go to a different store for other needs.

Really, really slow and unenthusiastic pharmacy. For this instance, my doctor faxed in a prescription 7 hours ago and they haven’t even checked the fax during that time to fill it. I hope the build the new Walgreens next door soon. The competition has to help.
