Ledo Pizza

The pizza is always Fresh and Hot. The service is always friendly. I have never had a bad experience at ledo’s in Largo!

I am happy to have a ledo’s close to work. This is my first time visiting but I was impressed. The food was good and the restaurant was very clean. Keep the good job.

As much as I love Ledo’s this location is very hit or miss. My biggest complaint is being put on hold every time you call no matter what time of day. One day while on hold I decided to just log on their website and order the pizza. I did all of that and received a confirmation and was still on hold on the phone. My other issue is consistency some days the pizza is great others the crust is thick doughy and inedible.

The pizza is great just like any other Ledos location, however on this particular visit I called my order in 30mins prior so I wouldnt have to wait. During pickup there was a very helpful young lady at the counter who showed me my pizza before I paid and we both saw it was burnt, like crisp, not edible. They made a new one however the manager ALAGIE (spelling may be off) was TERRIBLE. His service skills are piss poor for someone who tried to sell me a burnt pizza that im sure he wouldntve ate himself. Alagie took literally the tax off, $ 2 for my inconvience and waiting, didnt even get an apology from him. It definitely shouldve been more. The food i give 5 stars because i will always love ledos but this location i have to give 2 stars because of the unhelpful manager who obviously doesnt care about his customers.

Staff is not trained and Unaccommodating… The pizza is hit or miss one day it may very good the next day the May have a thick gross crust. And for some reason their pizzas are much smaller than Ledo normal size…

I have went to the location twice. the first time I order an Italian salad. The salad was brown and did not have enough meat. The second time, I order a pizza. The pizza was suppose to have extra chesse, which I can tell was not on it. the crust v was also to thick. The pizza did not taste like quality of other stores. the store food quality is lacking. I gave two stars instead of one because customer service is okay.

Good experience. Clean and friendly service. Yummy (greasy) pizza. Got pepperoni and anchovies and fountain drinks. Would go again!

Finally a ledos near my mothers house. Even if it is a chain location, it’s still the best pizza around. Don’t care what the haters think.

I was so excited to see a Ledo’s coming to Cheverly because I have been a fan for 22 years. Unfortunately this place does not meet Ledo’s standards of excellence.
I have given them about 6 chances since they’ve opened, and they just continue to disappoint. Some examples: asking for well done pizza and getting UNDERCOOKED pizza, paying for extra cheese and barely getting ANY cheese, asking for house dressing and getting the wrong dressing, getting dressing cups barely filled a quarter of the way for a large salad, asking every time I get wings if I want celery on the side instead of just giving it to me, substandard salad mixings (ie brown lettuce), it goes on and on.
From now on we will just drive down to the Largo Ledo’s because they always get it right.
Very disappointed. :-(

Grew up on their pizza at the beach, so it’s nice that they are in Cheverly. Just in time for the Super Bowl.

I tried this location 3Xs, two of the three times was a disappointment. First time pizza was slightly over, second and third time pizza was over cooked and dry. What makes it so bad on the 2^nd visit the pizza was free for joining the mailing list. The last straw for me was my third visit, I phoned in an order got pizza and wanted a salad ask for the Italian meat salad. The person taking the order (heavy black lady) didn’t know what I was talking about. Instead of asking someone I advised I would just come in and order the salad separate. That was ok with her, that was me testing her to see if she would ask anyone for assistance, she didn’t. The salad is on the menu plain as day Italian meat salad. Went to pick up my pizza it was dry and over cooked hardly any sauce cheese was brown (cheese was brown each time). Ordered my salad that took another 20 minutes. Drove home with my now cold pizza and when I get home to eat the lettuce on the salad was brown soggy and wilted the salad peppers looked dehydrated. By this time Im pissed. I drove back to return the salad. The Asian lady took the salad to the back and at least three people hovered over the salad examining it. (the owner (a black guy, the chef white guy with a beard and the Asian lady). The Asian Lady and the owner came out to apologize asked if I want another salad at that point I just wanted my money back. I had already wasted my time and gas. I advised that they needed to do a better job with quality control, that old brown salad should have never made it out the kitchen. It wasn’t fresh at all. Long and the short I will not patronize that location again. Its unfortunate because it was convenient. I thought that It was going to be a good addition to the community (not so much) I work a second job in one of the anchor stores in that shopping center and Im asked frequently about Ledo’s, trust me I give my honest opinion. Word of mouth can be your best or worst marketing tool. I’ll make the extra drive and go to the Largo location. I’ve never had an issue there.

Great addition to Cheverly! Small dining area available for eat in, or take out. Phoned in a lunch order for a Veggie Pizza. Ready in 20 minutes. Friendly staff. Ready to make this my go to carry out place. Can’t wait to try more on the menu!
