I always had a good advice in this particular location. However is a bit far from where I live I wish I love closer because I like the people at this location.

I was recently in search of a particular sandal, and preferred to go to this location versus the one in Tysons. I called and Brian answered. He was super helpful. I arrived the same day, but was still on the fence about the shoe. So the next day I returned, and Brian was again attentive and polite. While I’m not diminishing the other reviewers’ experiences, I find that when visiting high end retailers, if you’re polite and friendly the associates will reciprocate the same. I’ve witnessed snooty boutique shoppers in action. From what I can see, they’re handled accordingly. No it’s not TJ Maxx, but it’s not like you deserve a red carpet roll out just because you *choose* to shop high end. Alight the high horse, folks. I’m quite pleased with my purchase. l’ll be back soon!

Customer service is a nightmare. They treat you as though you are shopping at tj maxx, never mind the shady policies they don’t explain on products you purchase at the store. Store manager Gregory was like calling a bad over seas call center. Avoid at all costs.

Needed to go here to pick up a handbag for my mother. The service was poor and no one seemed to have cared that there was a customer. Once someone did notice me(or cared) the service was prompt. I wasn’t able to get what I came for as they didn’t have the bag in stock out back. They didn’t offer any information on if another location might have it or how else I could purchase the item. I expected better from a higher end retail store. The doorman also didn’t open the door and told me to push. No thanks, Gucci!
