The service is horrendous and the people working their are snobby. I have bought shoes from that store but they have no customer service — a buckle on my boots bent slightly and when I asked them what they could do they were snarky and said they could send them out and it would take a month and I would have to pick them up — but when I bought them I was told that if I ever had an issue that I could bring them to the store and it would take 2 to 3 days to fix and the shoes would be mailed back to me. So all in all very unpleasant experience.

I haven’t made an actual purchase from here (I prefer shopping on the website) but I came here to get my Choo’s resoled and new heel taps put on a pair of my heels. It took about 2 weeks to get my shoes done, but they did a fantastic job! They use Vibram rubber soles, which make it easier to walk in, plus it extends the longevity of your shoes. For $ 40, my shoes were reborn.
The shop is located in the Collection at Chevy Chase, which is pretty much the Rodeo Drive of Washington, DC because of all of the high-​end luxury brands nestled into 112,000 square feet of space. There are two entrances (the store front facing the street, as well as the back where you can park. There’s also a parking garage, where you’ll probably get better luck parking than where the spaces behind the stores are.

This Jimmy Choo location desperately needs to learn about service from the rest of the Wisconsin strip. I’ve been to pretty much all the other stores on this snobby little strip — Tiffany’s Gucci, LV, Ralph Lauren, etc. — and received excellent service. Here, I didn’t get so much as a hello. There were literally zero other clients in there, and I simply got snubbed! After browsing for awhile, I simply left.
Thanks anyway, Jimmy Choo on Wisconsin. You can earn your commissions and build your client base with other people, I guess. Bought my wedding day Choos at Nordstroms (where I received great service and attention, btw.).

The staff here went above and beyond to locate the wildly popular Siskin shoe for me (thanks to J Lo wearing them at a premier they sold like hotcakes on a cold day) in my size. Thanks to Giorgio I was able to get the very last pair in the US in a size 37! I love these shoes.

Not impressed with the service… and as we all know, service in these places can make or break a purchase, especially if the average purchase is $ 500 to $ 1,000.
