Big Lots

My family loves Big Lots! Lots of great sales… BUT… be careful when you shop at this location in Cheyenne because the marked down prices are not always scanned into the system and you will go through the checkout paying more than you think if you do not watch the register! I was there a few days ago and caught 5 mistakes. The manager had to come back and forth to correct the errors on the register and he was sort of rude about it, but if they advertise a lower price, they have a responsibility to make sure their customers are getting that price. Those mistakes cost us a lot of time at the register, and I did not like that had I not looked I would have overpaid about $ 20…so this location needs to work on making sure sale prices are scanned into their system.

Big lots varies on what it carries on a daily basis. Which keeps me coming back to see what is new. I also like to check out the clearance section to find even better deals. This location has improved over the last few years. Revamping the layout of the store helped. They even have a frozen section now. Great customer service is always case at this Big lots location. I enjoy the honest fizz pop wish they would bring back more flavors. Thanks for being a great staple in Cheyenne.

The best thing I like about Big Lots is that they carry Dad’s Root Beer. You really can’t find that anywhere else, and its really awesome root beer. They seem to have quite the selection of merchandise here, but the prices are similar to Wal-​Mart. The one thing this store does have going for them is that they have a decent size furniture section with really good prices. The one setback here is the checkout lines can sometimes be long. Other than that, its a good place to shop.
