WHAT… A… DUMP!!! And that puts it nicely. This is really a ZEROSTARS place Was on a road trip, part of the plan was to pass through Cheyenne and maybe check out the famous Frontier Days. WOW, with what I know now I’d go with other options. Here’s the scoop… this place is listed as a «hotel» but it’s more like a run down«motel». Who has actual keys nowadays? The breakfast was some cereal, watered down OJ, and the milk was gallon jugs LITERALLY sitting on ice. Windows were foggy with some kind of wood board sitting at a diagonal. There was even a quarter on the dirty bed stand that(I’m guessing) has been sitting there for a while. If you’re looking for a place to stay for Cheyenne Frontier Days, BOOKEARLY!!! I booked in April for July and my only choices were here and Days Inn. It would have been about $ 100 more for Days Inn… wish I paid it. P. S. They actually MAILEDME my confirmation receipt. Surprised they had free wi-fi and know what the internet is

The weather was bad on my drive out to Chicago so I stopped in Cheyenne. Unfortunately so did the rest of the world. That said, this was one of the ONLY hotels with rooms left.(If you’re traveling to Cheyenne book a hotel in advance) I am by no means a picky traveler and have couch surfed as well as stayed in many a hostel — BUT — this place is sketchy. I’m actually sitting in room #232 as I write this. The carpet is nasty — lots of paint spilled all over the floors in the hallways. I had to switch rooms because they DIDNOTCLEANTHEBATHROOM in room 230 before they gave me the keys! There was someone else’s hair in the shower and on the sink, not to mention some left over soda spilled in the bathroom sink. I am scared to even take a shower here. Thank god they at least switched my room for me. But they didn’t seem to think it was a big deal that the bathroom was disgusting and when I asked if the woman working wanted to take a look at it she said no — she didn’t care. In addition, when I asked if the woman could bring me up the key to the room next to me so I didn’t have to take all my belongings downstairs again she acted annoyed. Bad service, dirty, scary! Also, I am questioning if they even washed the sheets. There are small black hairs in the bed on the sheets that look like they belong to the person who slept here before me. Ick. I’m only here because there was nothing else available under $ 100 — but this place was NOT worth the $ 50 I just paid. Save your money. Don’t walk away… RUN.

Can I give –1 stars? This place is a DUMP! Don’t stay here, avoid at all costs. I literally preferred to just sleep in my car. The toilet broke, so we had to use the bath tub… I know it’s gross, but we had no choice! The carpet is gross, the tables are gross. Gross, gross, gross! Good thing I brought my own sheet, pillow, and blankets! FYI-We had to stay here. We were in Cheyenne, WY on the first day of Frontier Days. All hotels were booked, we were«lucky» to get Express Inn for $ 165/nt! *shiver*
