I love Paramount 99% of the time but their cold brew shots leave much to be desired. I feel they aren’t brewed long enough and are therefore pretty weak. Otherwise, I love this place!

Had a great time at The Paramount Café. I had a decaf Americano, and it was very good. Didnt try the food, though, so I cant speak to that. Luke and Sadie were behind the counter, serving a ton of guests. The place was busy, but comfortable. I’ll definitely go back.

Very cool local coffee shop. I especially enjoy the atmosphere and the free wifi. I only go for the coffee which is always okay. It never gets better than just okay. With that being said, I am a fan, and I will return.

I get black coffee and it’s great. As with all coffee shops, there should be an express line for plain coffee drinkers. Parking can be tough here.

Never disappointed. I have tried iced chai tea, dirty chai tea latte, multiple flavors of bubble tea, black coffee, and cold brewed coffee and also their breakfast burritos. The burritos were just ok but that doesn’t effect my rating because I don’t judge a coffee shop on their food. I judge them on their coffee which by the way is outstanding!

The Paramount Café has great coffee and a wonderful atmosphere. My daughters love the bubble tea as well. You go in and most of the baristas know you by name, adding to the charm. There are tables where you can do business, larger tables where you can have a small group meeting and comfortable chairs where you can sit down and relax while enjoying the coffee. Highly recommend anyone in downtown Cheyenne stop here and get a drink. #shoplocal

Standard hipsterish coffee shop, but a nice break in the middle of Cheyenne. Cool atmosphere, really good coffee.

I can say enough about the fantastic staff at the Paramount. They always go above and beyond in friendliness and they know their coffee. The last time I was in, I had no idea what to order so I told the barista to make me what she’s been drinking. She lit up and was super excited to get to create something for me. The outcome: a honey vanilla cinnamon latte. HELLODELICIOUS. Super lucky to get to work close to them so I can frequent! Also, the veggie breakfast burritos they serve are yummers for a quick meal. Be sure to get the salsa on the side. Edited review to add: Major bummer that the tapioca boba pearls are inconsistent in texture on the few occasions I’ve ordered it. Tapioca pearls should never be slimy and never have crunch in the middle. Rather they should have almost a gummy bear like chew throughout. Also, milk tea flavor would be fabulous as that is the original drink from Taiwan.

This review is mainly for the bubble tea. I was very surprised to find a boba bubble tea joint in Cheyenne, WY! I stayed here for my clinical rotation and am from an area with an abundance of boba teas, and this place falls just under the bar. The staff was very helpful in selection and recommended the avocado flavor. Its not terrible, and hits the spot if you’re craving it and there’s no other place in the area(which, there isn’t!). The drink seems like its made of powder, but had a creamy rich flavor. It wasn’t mixed well and separated when it sits for a while. The café itself is very cute with two rooms of seating areas. There are also tables and chairs outside.

I’ve been here twice; got an iced coffee the first time and an 8-oz latte the second. The baristas seem to know what they’re doing and I was very happy with my drink(not a huge fan of the espresso itself, but it was pulled well– just too dark a roast for my taste). This place exceeded my expectations for Cheyenne. There’s a long list of creative(both in name and in flavor combo) lattes, too, if you’re into that!

Just stopped in for a great latte with a couple of friends. They enjoyed their boba teas(not for me). Nice people.

I adore this little café. It’s such a refreshing change from Starbucks. The drinks are delicious and don’t taste like the same shtuff you can get pretty much at any other coffee shop on the planet. I love their drink names«The Super Saiyan» and«Butter Beer» based on Harry Potter. I tried their London Fog(earl grey tea, steamed milk, honey and vanilla) and it really made my morning. As the weather get’s colder this will definitely be where I have my coffee.

I love supporting independent and locally owned businesses whenever possible so I always come here for coffee when in Cheyenne. Great coffee, friendly staff and nice ambiance! Love the local artwork they showcase on the wall! My niece got the breakfast burrito last time and said it was really good! Definitely recommend this place…

Passing through on the way home(California) from Alabama(the northern route). Picked up a 16oz cup of VahizzelNut latte… YUMMM! Friendly staff, music jamming. If you’re ever in the area, stop by!

I have been coming here 3 – 4 times a week for months now. I really want to like this place but they are very inconsistent. The location, atmosphere, and cool factor are all there. They have Macarons! Maybe not appreciated or understood in this town at all, but they get them from the same place I do in NYC. The inconsistency just kills it. Every morning I go, there are 2 different employees that were not there on the previous visit, so by now, I have seen at least more than 12 new faces at 7AM in the morning. I am usually the only customer there ordering, but the waiting is equal to the wait you would have in a Starbucks as the 10th person in the line. Unacceptable. The reason I stop here is because I know it is empty. The music is very loud at the ordering counter, and they have a hard time hearing you… I wonder why? I have to repeat my order because of the loud music… did I mention I’m always the only person there?

Soy London Fog = delicious Never had one before. Earl grey tea with soy and honey, perfectly sweet. Adorable ambiance. I even read a sign saying they would take Starbucks cards as payment. «Drink local» Interesting art around.

This is an old theater originally built in the 1920s renovated into a coffee shop and is such a local gem. Located within walking distance from our hotel and down the street from the capitol. I ordered an iced version of the VahizzleNut off the not so secret menu. It was a vanilla and hazelnut latte. The inside appeared to have taken up two separate areas, with couches, tables and chairs. The girls working here were very friendly and efficient. The most surprisingly thing about this place was that they serve bubble tea! I didn’t order any, but they offered different flavors like banana split and also watermelon! They have outside seating available to enjoy the beautiful weather, which we couldn’t get enough of. Additionally, a couple food options were available.

Starbucks can go f**k themselves… I love, LOVE, LUV independent coffee shops like this one. –Regular coffee here is fabulous… refills are only a measly 50cents! –Comfy setting. We spent hours in here. –Owner is a really nice guy. –A lot of good looking locals chill here. -$ 3.75 Breakfast veggie burrito is a solid winner. Cheap, delicious, and will keep you full for several hours. I ate this four days in a row. No joke!
