VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Went yesterdsy. Promo got us free chicken sandwich when you make a purchase. I bought a large fry and a medium lemonade. They brought me the chicken sandwich. I said dont forget the fries. The cashier had not poured my lemonade yet. The Shift Leader Eli said you need to buy something. She was rude. She did not see that I just paid over four dollars. She did not even look. She just walked away. She was loud at the counter and told the cashier rudely that I need to make a purchase to get the free sandwich. This person does not belong at Chick-​fil-​A. I have NEVER been treated this way at a restaurant. EVER.
I feel awful gor the cashier. Sorry I didn’t get her ns me.
Sorry Chick-​fil-​A you have lost a customer and her family. You get two stars for your fries and frosted lemonade and the 99% of your wonderful employees.

I’m not really a fan of chain restaurant but this was on the way home so went through the drivethru for a quick lunch. I had never been to Chick-​fil-​a before but thought their chicken sandwich was pretty good. The fries weren’t bad either but I’m not sure why this place has such a following.

Ordered dinner from here. I had the chicken sandwich w/​everything. It was delicious. Service is good. Will be back again.

Great place to take the kids/​family for late lunch or dinner. Their selection is mostly limited because there are no pork or beef sandwiches. It’s ashame but that’s what they’re known for: chicken. Their chicken sandwiches are a little pricey but at least they are pretty thick and juicy. Their waffle cut fries are really good though! Never dry or overdone. Another unfortunate thing about Chick-​fil-​A is that they are CLOSED on Sundays. So that’s one day you can look elsewhere to go eat at. I’d give them more stars if they were open Sundays. But they do have a real nice dining area inside. It’s a new building, and they do have a kids play area. So I believe they deserve 4 stars out of 5. I was skeptical of trying the food at Chick-​fil-​a because I assumed it was just another fast food chain and when I finally tried out one of their burgers for the first time. It was honestly the most delicious burger I ever had! Most of the food is really good. People are mostly nice too at this location. Wait time is a bit long since they’re mostly busy and it’s a bit pricey.

First time at a CFA today. Best quick spicy chicken I’ve had in a long long time from a drive thru. My husband actually wanted to turn around and get a second. Looking forward to seeing if they’re as good at other locations as well.
The only weak spot was the BBQ sauce was very ordinary.

It was 6pm on Wednesday and I ordered grilled chicken sandwich. The bun must have been a week old because I almost lost a tooth eating. I am not impressed at all, I can’t see why people eat here. The grilled chicken sandwich at smashburger is a million times better and that place is a burger joint. Chick fila is just another McDonald’s.

Two words: customer service. It is always, ALWAYS, top notch. I frequent this place because their chicken sandwich can’t be beat, and the staff never disappoints. I have not once seen anyone on their phone while working.
This past week we happened to come when they had bingo, which is a monthly event. Winners of each round would win free items on the menu. Of course, instead of yelling «bingo,» you yell «eat more chicken!» Big fun!

Can you say CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I don’t know how they hire but EVERYTIME I COME to this Chick-​Gil-​a the employees are super kinds and always always smiling. NOW THE FOOD… I don’t know where they get there chicken but weather nuggets, between bread, grilled or spicy it’s excellent. The waffle fries are a given! I will continue to drive ½ an hour to get there. It’s worth the drive.

I really like their chicken deluxe sandwich that comes with lettuce tomato and cheese. To me their chicken sandwiches are real chicken breast meat not like some fast food places where you are not really sure it the chicken breast is really real or it is something else.

I specifically told the manager on the phone that I normally Unilocal when I have a problem but I wanted to make an exception for Chick-​fil-​A because of all the good that they do overall — both as a business serving food as well as for the community at large.
And I can no longer make the exception– obviously– due to the fact that the manager on duty continued to talk over me throughout the entire phone conversation, AND failed to resolve the issue brought to her.
That issue was the chicken breakfast burrito. It was cold, the chicken was chewy and it lacked in overall quality. Additionally — which I was unable to add due to constantly being talked over — the chicken burrito was on the menu for $ 2.49 but was in fact $ 2.75 on my receipt.
In all honesty I was on the run and ate the chicken burrito in its entirety. I suspect that admission to the manager canceled out any offer to to compensate for my unsatisfactory experience during a future visit.
Shockingly she admitted that there are «no food safety or quality checks done on the breakfast items» and thanked me for calling claiming in so many words that this was «not the first complaint about the breakfast burrito and maybe now they’ll start performing the safety and quality checks on the breakfast like they do on the lunch».
I’m pretty confident that the handling of this matter was not according to normal Chick-​fil-​A standards and that’s why I’m posting this. Whether it’s the operator who’s culpable or this particular manager — Chick-​fil-​A corporate and their customers need to be aware of what’s going on at this location.

First time trying this. Food tasted not bad love waffle fries. I was surprised that the medium fries only had about 6 pieces in the container. I expected the sandwich to be larger for the price.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a fruitcup. Came out a fried chicken sandwich. Usually Chick Fil A is on point, not this one. Bathroom out of paper towels. First disappointment of a chic.a.fil.

Fast fix when you are hungry. Their lemonade is great. Love the parfait with cookie crumble.

Over the top awesome. The staff goes above to make sure you have the best meal. They give stufc away anx make it truly family friendly place. The management is upfront making sure things are going good.

Came to Chick-​fil-​A with my son after a day of shopping and running errands. Food is always good with fast service and the best part is that when you get your order, the food is nice and hot. Place is clean, staff is friendly, décor is welcoming. They even have small indoor playground for the little ones. I personally enjoy #7-​Original Grilled Chicken and my sons always order #2-​Chick-​fil-​A deluxe sandwich. As my sons say… the waffle fries are amazing! Soup was also delicious especially on a cold January day. You must try this fast-​food place!

My second review for this location. Once again they messed up my order in the drive-​through forgetting my glass of water. It’s no big deal to forget my glass of water. The issue at hand is that they’ve messed up four out of my five last drive-​through orders. I’m so fed up with this place.

I eat here for lunch every now and then. The spicy chicken sandwich has a little kick to it and always taste good. The waffle fries are hot and tender, but they seem to fill the bag too much.
This is always clean and no odd smells, a real turn off for me. At times this place can be a ghost town and times it is hard to find a table.
