I have been to a lot of torrid locations and usually have a great Friendly customer service and environment but there was one girl working and she did not greet me or even acknowledge my presence in the store and she passed by me several times. the store was very nice just not so much the people.

Friendly customer service and good selection of regular priced and Clarence items. I usually have items shipped to this store because they give a 10% or $ 10.00 coupon so I can use it on something in the store

This location is really nice. The employees are always helpful and always smiling. The only thing that ANNOYS me is they let you in the dressing room and knock on the door every 3 minutes to «check» on you. I have super boobs and I can’t just rush when trying on clothing-​unless you want it ripped. so leave me alone torrid ladies while I try on my tops!
