This place is a Hidden Gem. My coworkers and I went here after work. I wasn’t prepared for what I walked into. Usually when people mention Karaōke I think of a dj in the corner with a book of old songs and you wait in line for an hour before they call your name.. NOTHERE! When we arrived we were escorted to our very own private room. The room was amazing! Leather sofa, neon lights, huge flat screen tv, we even had our own bathroom. Karaōke was touch screen and I was amazed at the selection. So after about 15 minutes of being in awe of how beautiful the room was we ordered some appetizers and drinks. There is a call button on the tablet. You hit the button and the wait staff is there in less than 10 seconds. We ordered a few things off the menu. Everything was great and reasonably priced.. The owner came in and introduced himself which was a great touch and asked if there was anything else we needed… I’m definitely going back. He informed us that they are fairly new and wanted to get feedback on the service. Superb Sir! If your looking for a night out or a relaxing after work spot with a group of friends, or a private low profile date night go here! They also had a dj in the main room that was playing some great music!

I don’t usually leave comments on Unilocal but this place is horrible. I’ve been to this place for 3 – 4 times already. Pro about this place is nice and clean; however it’s always dead during the weekend. On a Saturday night, couple of my friend decided to grab couple drinks. We reserved a table and open 2 bottle of Hennessy and 2 dozen of miller light(the server never bring us the second dozen) When we were about to pay our bill, the total was $ 600+!!! That ridiculous. Other karaōke bar in Chinatown is far more populated and cheaper comparing to this bar. I will never come to this place ever again.

This place was decent. I didn’t understand charging everyone $ 20 for a place that isn’t really worth it. You can see the whole venue just from standing in one spot. The Bathroom was ridiculously small. The worst part of the night was the DJ. There were so many other songs he could’ve played. It was an alright night.

OK.. so I’m here 4 a comedy/poetry event. The space is nice and large, open feel with removable furniture along the interior. But there are a few problems that I see which will probably lead to it not staying around for too long. 1st: Which most will feel is the most important. The service needs work. Its about 80 – 100 ppl here with a total of 4 servers/food bar staff. One girl who is actually a server, another girl that was orginally a bartender now she’s serving/bartending. One guy that’s a bartender(I guess). He’s hasn’t moved from behind the bar so I guess he is. And another guy who doesn’t have a firm position. .lol he’s doing it all running food, taking orders, making drinks, telling other ppl what to do. Not as organized as one would think. 2nd: Timing… timing need to be seriously checked in this place. I waited about 5−10mins to get a drink. Now that wouldn’t be bad if the bar was full but I was at the bar with 3ppl…3ppl. Not 30ppl! And without a simple look my way, head nod notice, nothing saying ok I see you. Not to mention that ppl are pretty much walking to the server station to place orders and get someone’s attention. WTH. is that?.. poor customer service 3rd: Possibly getting your food order correct or in a timely manner. Now while writing this the girl that’s the actual server approached me asking if I order chkn wings. … now as good as they looked I would have told her yeah! But I don’t take what’s not mine… lolvs. 4th/& a possible 5th: This one might just be me but they need to turn on a little heat in this place because it’s colder in here than outside tonight.. but then again this might just be me… lol Lastly but 4 you to decide is the drink prices. I personally think they could have been more reasonable but I’m not management. So that’s what I think about 15⁄20 lounge. So Spend well and spend wise

Been to all the karaōke within the area. This one is by far the cleanest and well kept. The music selection is up to date. And theres a decide variety of drinks on the menu. Definitely coming back here again

Big place with no people in it… I came last saturday night, it was completely empty. And the waiters were doing bad services as well. The decoration is OK, but I dont think im gonna come back again.

It could be more. Negotiate the price for the karaōke rooms because even on a weekend night, it’s pretty dang dead to near empty. The crowd is mainly Asians in their mid 20s. Watch out if you don’t spend a certain dollar amount for one of their rooms, they will charge you an additional fee.

Went there on a Saturday night and it was completely DEAD inside My group of friends reserved a karaōke room for a couple hours and we had fun in there by ourselves but the main lounge room outside had maybe 4 people just sitting at the bar… which is pretty sad considering the place is really well designed and looks very stylish. Maybe management just needs to hire better promoters and get the word out because I think it could have a lot of potential The private karaōke room itself was very clean which is a huge plus because most karaōke rooms I’ve been to have been really gross and questionable lol. They have a good selection of music and the screen actually plays the music videos of the songs and not just random shots of landscapes It’s a nice place with potential but I probably won’t be back any time soon unless it becomes more populated because it was kinda weird how dead it was

Went here for an after a banquet, Place is huge. Didn’t get to see the Karaōke rooms, but the main lounge area is nice. Can feel a bit empty because of the space though, but all in all had a good time.

This place is huge and a great spot to hang with friends! There is an open lounge area and many private karaōke rooms. The drinks are great, they music selection is vast and the whole place is well maintained. A must go if you want to sing the night away!

I visited 15⁄20 lounge four times since its soft opening. Why? You asked. It’s because I can discover some new and fun everytime I go there. They only offer a small menu for now and all the items are great. I can’t wait until they have their full menu. Tried their happy hour menu, I loved it. Will definitelt recommand this place to my friends.
