I’ve been coming to this place for years. It’s clean and efficient. But, there’s a couple of flaws here and there. Like, kids running around like it’s a playground. Pshhh… It’s not like I’m trying to do the laundry or anything. I might as well just accidentally run you children over with a laundry cart. However, the problem is not the kids running around like maniacs. The problem is the rude technician who is in charge of the washing machines and dryers. There’s a couple of washing with the weight capacity of 60 pounds. Meaning, you can wash anything from comforters to rugs. The two washing machines that had my comforters in them stopped spinning. I asked the lady the one who keeps this place well kept and decent what do I do. She said that she’s going to get the technician because she knows that the washing machines are pretty durable. The technician gave me an attitude, and told me that it was because I had«too much» stuff inside. Excuse me, b**** I could stuff my life in these washing machines and it’d come out cleaner. Back to my point. Like, I said I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve put heavier things than comforters in these washing machines and it did its job pretty swiftly before.(As long as you don’t go over the weight capacity, you should be fine.) The technician with his thick polish accent had no respect. He talked to me like I had no self worth. He gave me an attitude as he was fixing the washing machines, so it could spin properly. Go to a place that’s going to treat their customers with respect. Unless, you give ‘em a reason why they shouldn’t.

Lost over $ 100 of kids clothes in drop-off laundry. No explanation or apology given by workers. Been going here for several years but not any more. Would give one star if we could,

This 24 Hr Coin Laundromat at 2700 N. Austin is excellent. Very clean and tidy. Attendants are always on duty and keeping the the place clean. They also sell detergents, cling free sheets, etc on site. There are different types of washers; the traditional washer of the laundromats and the one that you fill from the top like that of a personal home. I suppose it depends on your preference and what you want to wash. Very nicely organized place given that it’s not a really big laundromat. Besides the snack machines, they also have free Wi-Fi. Definitely recommend
