Minute Wash

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional staff. The change machine never have any change. The staff is not equip to serve the customer. In event the washer machines/​change machine is not working. The machines has option of using cash or debit card. The machine takes some of the money off card and you will need to pay remaining balance in cash. Half machines are not working. I will never be back. Very dissatisfied customer!

Terrible owner pays his employees less than minimum wage a mere $ 5.00 an hour and does not pay them for all hour they work and demands they keep $ 20.00 on hand to reimburse customers for machine breakdowns and then he never pays folks back their out of pocket money.
Not to mention he refuses to fix the bathroom doo which is too heavy for the frame. He claims that it is because he is in the hood and the black people keep breaking down the door the reality is the man is too cheap.
He also runs through and fires employees constantly so he can force them to work for free for a day which he often turns into two or more days without the new employee laundry mat attendant knowing and then shorts there pay.
Pop machine does not dispense water. And it is a Pepsi machine that he places jaritos but you do not know which flavor. The diet coke only come out in three so you have to buy three if you want one or force the attendant who is in terror of loosing there job to buy two diet cokes, which he also never reimburses.
DVD movie machine does not work. ATM does not work. If you charge you laundry service, the attendant is out a quarter for which they are not reimbursed. The man owes me $ 20.00 plus $ 35 dollars for two days at less than minimum wage. More if you consider I worked 3’weeks and 3“days and did not get the minimum $ 8.25 an hour.
He promises when he is their that he will give customers money for a free wash when a machine malfunctions and the attendants do not have money and I personally saw a customer come in and do her wash and confront him for her $ 3.00 reimbursement asking him over 10 times and to which he kept asking her do you want your free wash next time when your in and stipulated that it has to be in the morning between 9:00 am and 12:00 when he is there as the attendants cannot do this only him. The woman wash frustrated but agreed to next time as she became exhausted begging for her money.
No dry cleaning.

If you value your time, do NOT go here! The attendant (s) are always late. The hours of opening will vary without any sort of notice. We stood outside an HOUR because it says they open at 7 and an attendant comes in at 8 saying since Mon they open at 8. however, there are no hours posted whatsoever. I demanded the owner’s name and number, as the phone number listed for this business is cut off and she lied and said she was the owner. She obviously forgot that few times before I was here and she said she was the attendant. Ridiculous! Needless to say, she would NOT give me the owner’s name or number so I could complain. DO NOT solicit this business. They should be closed down. When it opened it was very nice, but it has gone down soo quickly.
