The vibe of this place was weird upon entering, but the doc was super nice. He made short talk that didn’t feel awkward or forced — just seems like a genuine nice guy. Unfortunately, during my cleaning, he tugged on a filling on a back moller pretty hard, and then afterward commented that the filling was looking pretty thin and I might need a root canal. Asked me if it’d been hurting. Told me I should probably get one scheduled, which I thought was weird. Then over the next fews days, eating the lightest things would cause some pretty intense pain back there on that same tooth. Certain seasonings and flavors sting right down to the root. I’m almost 100% convinced he pulled something loose and then tried to cover it up as a precautionary warning, as I had never once experienced even the slightest bit of pain in that tooth before visiting him. Either way, changed my dentist and not going back.

Dr. Panos has been my dentist for over 15 years now. I first came here after my old dentist(who I had been going to since I was a little kid, and was an awesome dentist) passed away. I was skeptic about finding another doc who I trusted and felt comfortable with, but that went away pretty quick, as I found the staff to be very friendly, organized, and accomodating. I agree with Elisheva that there is an honesty present here that is lacking in other offices. These folks worked with me even when I lost my insurance, which I’m very grateful for. Dr. Panos is excellent at reducing the fear of dental procedures with a good sense of humor and exceptional dental work. I’ve never been made to wait very long for my appointment, which is another plus. The lobby of the office itself is not physically the nicest I’ve seen by any means, but certainly adequate(like I said, you’re not likely to be waiting there very long anyway). The patient rooms are pretty much what you would expect at any standard dentist office & are kept clean. I was very happy to see these folks were on my list for my new insurance! Five stars :)

Dr. Panos is great. I like his no BS approach. I’ve had bad tooth for 7 years now and I’ve gone through 3 surgeries and crowns and other things. I still had a lot of pain when I went to see Dr. Panos. Not only did it hurt but I found out at that time it was infected. He said.“why didn’t they just pull this tooth years ago?” I had no answer… but now I’m thinking the other dentists made a lot of money off the bad tooth. I’m so glad someone finally told me the truth. Perhaps that is why he has a small office that isn’t fancy… because he doesn’t lie.

Not bad. The office doesn’t look perfectly clean — maybe it’s a little old. The office staff are friendly and efficient. I haven’t had any issues with billing. The dentist is nice enough — great for kids. A bit over friendly — not creepy — for me.
