I was surprised at the poor quality of customer service. Due to location they work with a mostly touristy crowd. I get it, but it’s really no excuse. I asked to put a couple items in the dressing room, and the woman on the floor barely acknowledged me and simply motioned for someone else in the back to come get my items. I asked her for a couple suggestions about skirts and dresses and she said «that’s really all we have». In the dressing room, I asked for suggestions about tops or sweaters for the few items I had with me. The dressing room attendant took an abnormally long amount of time to come back with the same shirt just in 3 different colors. Two of which were black just different fabric. So not much help. After that, no one checked in or offered any additional assistance in the fitting room regarding sizes or styles.

If I can give 0 stars I would!!! What horrible service! God forbid you want to return an item, they act like you’ve just committed a crime! Disgusting people!!! I’ve never been so disgusted! But they’ve done this before, today was extreme! Relax bro you’re only in retail! Might explain why the store is always empty! Add me to the list! And when your store shutters… Go and wonder why! Ps I’ve refrained myself from using explicit language! Please excuse me while I go and call corporate!

Actually I like this location better than other location. Their clothes usually are very nice. A lot Bebe store sales are rude and pushy. Even I am a gold member… Will come back shop more here than other stores.

I went to return a couple dresses as I found some other dresses I liked elsewhere. I got major attitude from who I believe was the manager for returning them. I love some of the clothes at Bebe but I’ll make sure to go to their other stores (like the one on Oak St.) moving forward.

This is probably the WORST bebe location you can step foot into. I’m serious. I was out shopping with a friend on Michicagn Ave this summer and we both love shopping at bebe, so naturally we came here. It’s located inside of The Water Tower Shopping Mall. We were in there for about 2 minutes but couldn’t stand to be there any longer so we immediately left without spending a penny. I do understand employees at bebe make most of their money off commision: HUGE mistake! None of the emploeyees awknowledged our presence whatsoever and they were all too busy laughing and having conversations instead of taking care of their customers.
Filthy location! Clothes are unorganied and looks sloppy on the hangers. RUDE staff!
If I could describle this location in one word would be: disaster. If I could use 2 words it would be: hot mess!

Take your pick at this locale of bebe.
It took me 20 minutes to complete the purchase of one item. 2 registers, 3 sales staff, and numerous conversations regarding the perils of buying for a friend that is a size 0, putting clothes in a garmet bag vs. shopping bag, friends and family coupon, etc.
And the bloody sales staff left the security tag on my item so I had to go back!
Love the clothes, hate this locale.

I love love love Bebe. I bought this gorgeous red dress from there the other day. I’m really glad that they have one now at Water Tower. It’s a lot nice than the one at the Bloomingdale’s mall across the street. Yay! :)
