Terrible. She cut my hair WAY shorter than I told her. I am very upset. I told her more than once that I wanted long hair and to only cut the tips.

SO affordable! I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded here and underarms done on two different occasions and both times have been completely satisfied! Since I’m a student I don’t have a lot of $$ for these services so for the price it’s awesome since the estheticians are not any less skilled at more expensive places.
Conveniently located on the UIC east campus in Student Center East so it’s easy to get to if you’re on campus for class or coming from the 8 bus stop on polk or UIC-​Halsted blue line stop.
The space is super clean and comfortable and the service doesn’t take very long. Sometimes there is a wait, but it really depends on what times you go.
Looking forward to my next visit !

I’ve been going to the same woman for over 10 years now and she does a great job. Every other person I’ve ever let thread my eyebrows screwed them up, except for the ladies at Bollybrow. If I’m near UIC, I stop there instead of my other place. They do a great job for an amazing price.
