Bridget is one of the best group trainers that I have ever had! Not only is she energetic, funny but she is super personable. I have been in a class with her where there were more than 40 people and she always makes sure she walks around, gets to know everyone and interacts with them. This is huge as you really feel as you are you are getting personal instruction. She is also super informative — letting you know how what you’re doing helps you. But my favorite thing about her is her dedication to her classes. She creates fun themes for each week, checks in on people throughout the week and always is happy to see us and TEACH us! I would take any class if I knew Bridget was leading it! I liked Bridget so much from my classes with her that my fiancé and I hired her as our own personal trainer. She is attentive and dedicated to our goals and really took time to get to know each of our goals and recommend the best way to get results. We work hard while still having fun and she is always so knowledgeable about fitness and wellbeing in general. I know that when I ask her a question, her answers are always well informed. I would recommend Bridget to anyone that is looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable and fun trainer! She will get you there to your goals — after 3 months I am well ahead of what I’d even expected and am looking forward to continuing with Bridget for a healthy lifestyle.

I’ve been training with Bridget for a couple of months now and for the first time ever have actually been looking forward to working out! Bridget tailors workouts to my personal needs and her super friendly, high-energy personality makes our sessions a blast while still being effective. She really has a deep knowledge and expertise when it comes to fitness and keeps me motivated throughout the week. She’s really good at communicating with me and is flexible with my changing schedule which is SO nice. I would recommend Bridget to anyone who wants to workout and have fun doing it!
