Was a little bit put off because we were the only ones dining, but the bartender was super attentive and didn’t forget about us, which I appreciate. I seriously wanted everything on the menu, but settled on nachos, tater tots and a burger. Everything was really good — my only complaint is that I got the tiniest cup of cheese to go with my tots… but whatever, they didn’t really need that much cheese, they were plenty flavorful without. Drinks were on special, which was a plus, and there were so many other things on the menu I wanted to try that I’d definitely be back. Pro Tip — they’ve got great daily specials(both food and drink) so make sure to check out their website beforehand.

Great neighborhood bar! The owner and bartenders are fun and friendly. Generally patronized by cool, friendly, down-to-earth people. It’s one of those bars that makes you start to feel like family:) My husband and I spend a lot of time here, but it’s also a place I like to go with my girlfriends and out-of-town guests or family. We always have a good time at Brisku’s. The food is always good… I highly recommend the tator tots. You also can’t go wrong with the Friday $ 5 all-you-can-eat pasta. The burgers and pizza are also good. Oh, and the Mac & Cheese with bacon and green onion… yum. But whatever you do, don’t forget a side of Tots! It’s a fun place to watch sports and there’s also a juke box if you wanna play some tunes. It can also accommodate large groups and parties. I love me some Brisku’s…I really couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood bar:)

I had a wonderful meal here. The wing appetizers were perfect in temperature and size. The chili was also very tasty. I had the portabella sandwich which was a great combination of ingredients. The fries are fresh cut and delicious. My husband had the fried catfish with tots. They also serve that with a nice portion of vegetables. I am definitely going to visit again. I only had one complaint. They do not have a sign outside indicating the name so I drove around a couple of times before I decided to park and look for it on foot. I’m glad I took the time.

Great neighborhood bar with great daily specials. Nice bartender(need to get his name next time). Only downside is no draft beer but friendly and varied bottled and canned beer makes up for it.

Great neighborhood spot. Best wings in the city. Try the sriracha wings they’re outstanding. Great food haven’t had anything bad here. Friendly staff and patrons.

Great neighborhood spot! Fantastic beer list, including many local brews(hello Evanston’s Temperance Beer). Despite the awesome beer list, ordered the margarita. Honestly the best margarita I’ve had in a loooong time. Food is excellent. Highly recommend!

This place does not deserve a star. The service was bad and the bartender she was prejudice. The food is lousy and so are the drinks! I’ve never been into an unwelcome bar like that! The only recommendation I’ll give is to not patronize them! If you want good service in a friendly atmosphere… DONOTGOTHERE!!!

Just moved into the neighborhood and this place is right next to us. Hoping for it to be our regular hang out place we gave it a try. This is our third time back and we have not been disappointed. Great food(at a damn good price) and good drink specials. We also really like the atmosphere. Somewhere between a somewhat bistro vibe and a neighborhood dive bar. We will be here a lot. *update* so we had a friend in town and did a «wing tour» at a bunch of bars. Basically we just tried the wings at a bunch of different places. This bar won HANDSDOWN! The wings are amazing.

Love this place. Like a second home. Bartenders are great. Food gets it done. Specials are superb. Don’t be bourgeois and you’ll be good. Hawks, Bulls, Cubs, Sox then every other team. Free pool and improv once a month. Visit often.

This is a great neighborhood bar. The owner is a good, honest man. Majority of the food is really good. They have daily food and drink specials, my favorite are the ½ price pizzas. I love the BBQ chicken pizza, but they’re all really good for thin crust. I also love their caesar salad and they make a mean moscow mule! Anyway they have free darts and pool and they have a huge room for parties where the dart boards and pool tables are. They have a lot of tvs and always playing the current sports games. And they are sox fans on the north side, bonus! The only downsides are that they aren’t open during the day during the week, and there’s usually only one guy working at a time which can be either good or bad, depending on how busy it is but just be patient, these guys are very polite.

Went here on a Friday night with group of 4. Two of the people were big wings fans so they both ordered wings and were really impressed. Myself and the other person in our party ordered fish tacos and we were both really impressed as well. The tacos had great flavor and tasted like all the ingredients were really fresh. We also had their homemade hummus as a starter, very good. We’ll definitely be back for the food.

They are a great, relaxing place. They’re not very expensive and they have great food for a bar. Their pizza is delicious, as well as their burgers. I come here twice a month, especially during winter. Parking is not hard to find on kedzie and the prices are just right. Laid back, down to earth crowd.

I’ve been here a few times, and don’t really have any complaints. They run some good specials, the ½ price qebapa(cevapi) dinner on Wednesdays is the best one. Bottled beer only, I do wish they had a few taps, but there is plenty of craft beer thankfully. The whiskey list is surprisingly deep and extensive. Once upon a time they even served cask beer, though i’m not sure they do anymore. The pump is there, but i’ve never seen it in use. Crowd is always laid back and friendly, i’ve talked with some great people here over the years. Definitely a good neighborhood place if you’re in Irving Park.

Let me start by saying I really like this place. They have some of the best wings I have ever tasted. I have tried may of their cuisines. They have never let me down. They also have a great beer selection and drink. All of them being moderately priced. No complaints there. Now the complaints. The staff is rude the waitress seems like she hates it the guy bartender is just as bad. The owner has been seeing us for years and the one time we had an issue couldn’t give us the benefit of the doubt. This is even after we showed him photographic proof. This is also the reason I stop going.

Good neighborhood bar with better than average food. We went on a Thursday and got the flatbread pizza and the skirt steak dinner. Both were really tasty and the prices are reasonable. $ 3 Newcastles helped the cause too. Check it out if you’re in the Irving Park hood.

This is our neighborhood bar. We know the staff, they’re good people, and they put effort into providing quality services to customers. The beer list is fantastic. They always bring in quality local and craft brews and keep the prices reasonable. Also, they know what they’re talking about when it comes to beer and spirits. The food is pretty good — I especially recommend the tater tots, half-off pizza on Thursdays, or the portobello sandwich. If they are serving their house-made runzas when you go, order one. This is a great bar run by great people.

I’m falling more and more in love with my neighborhood as I explore it. This time, we tried out Brisku’s at the advice of a fellow Unilocaler. I asked him where we could go with a kid that WASN’T Leona’s, we could get a decent beer, and not get the stink-eye from the managers/patrons. Beer list was phenomenal — burger was flavorful(note to the chef — chill out on your«medium» bro… it was a hot second away from being super well done, but the flavor was still great) — staff was excellent. Fries were legit. Heath Pie dessert was equally legit. Aaaaannd the baby weight remains. Ugh. On second thought, I hate this place. I also didn’t feel strange being in there with a baby(not to worry — we went during very kid-friendly hours — 5PM dinner), but also felt like I was in an adult establishment and had a fraction of my old life back. Best of all — the bartender/owner seemed to be truly interested in ALL of his patrons and gave us some additional insight on the neighborhood. I think we’ll join the neighborhood clean up on the 20th of April — you should too!

Who knew — good burger on a kaiser roll! with romaine — not iceberg! Fries, mehhh. but they look like they came from real spuds. Caramelized onions are worth the extra and for a bit of kick, add the roasted(poblano?) peppers too… and of course, there’s bacon for that crispy bit of meat flavor.
