I don’t even want to give it one star!!! Since it has reopened I’ve been there twice and both times I was the only customer. And both times my food was cold I took a fry out of the bag immediately and it was cold. I was very disappointed poor service.

I hate to leave bad reviews and I will only do this if there’s constantly issues. The food is wrong 8out of 10 times No lie. Or the food has been sitting there This time I ordered a whopper ob And chicken nuggets I refused to feed to my kid. The whopper was stale and sloppy sauce every where. My first job was at bk There’s no way we can serve that food so why here??? I will Never coming back here

Food poisoning at its finest! I ate here 2 days ago and I have never been this sick in my life. I have spent a whole day vomiting and the other on the porcelain throne. I now believe the hype about the issues with this BK being disgusting and having violations.

Yet again… another dissapointment! There are nothing but a bunch of idiots working at this location! How hard is it to read the order off of a screen and put the shit in a bag?! You fuckin dumbasses! People go to a fast food place for a reason. do you honestly think that I have the time to go home and reheat my food because you gave it to me cold??! Orders are wrong 80% of the time. If you say no lettuce, you will probably see plenty. Order the 20 piece nuggets, you will likely get 16. The chicken fries tend to be overcooked. Recently I ordered the spicy big fish sandwich, got it home and had a $ 1 menu spicy chicken sandwich! There wasn’t even extra sauce like I had said, there was next to nothing. I had to call and they offered me a free spicy fish sandwich meal to pickup the next day. The sandwich was greasier than a jar of grease!

ZEROSTARS! First and last time I’ll go to this location. I normally don’t eat fast food but was in a rush after a long day at work. Ordered a simple meal — Single burger and fries. The worker who claims she was management was very rude when I paid with cash she basically threw it at me and my money will hopefully find someone who needs it as it blew away… When I told her she rolled her eyes and walked away. Really! Good thing it was only $ 1. Your job isn’t that hard. Common sense and kind customer service is all you need. She couldn’t even handle that and just because she claims she’s management I WILL be calling corporate!

TERRIBLESERVICE! You don’t expect much going to a fast food place but the employees here have the worst attitudes. Pulled into the drive-thru tonight to grab something quick to eat and instead I got an attitude from some shit-head employee. Drove off before even finishing my order to take my money elsewhere. Poor customer service.

The service is horrible. I’m not expecting top notch service but dang at least a pinch of customer service. Nope. Not here. It’s so bad I sent a complaint to corporate. Don’t waste your time coming to this one. They can keep their attitudes!

Haven’t been here in years especially for a burger but today was exceptionally terrible. Simple careless mistakes and no care given poor attitude and long wait time for partially complete order. During this time I only one other car in drive threw and five people inside so not too busy just lazy! Yuck
