Apparently, if you are a small business owner and do not bring a high return for a profit split with this company, getting new music or timely repairs are not any sort of priority for this company. Per the owner of a local drinking establishment who has rented a jukebox for 10-plus years, customer service is of no priority for her business and any reasoning to receive updated CD selections falls on deaf ears and usually answered with surly ire. By ignoring this middle-aged business woman’s requests, the potential opportunity to bring in more mutual income on the jukebox will be non-existent since C Capps will not invest any time or music for any future gains.
