Breakfast in Terminal 1 at ORD. Food and service were awful. Avoid this place. The Chili’s in T3 is good. Different managers?

Mango-chili chicken: Grilled chicken seasoned with 6-pepper blend, drizzled with harbenero mango glaze, topped with chopped mango, house made pico de gallo, cilantro and fresh diced avocado. Served with NEW citrus-chili rice and steamed broccoli. Sounds delicious. In reality, this was grilled chicken breast, drizzling of some sauce, steamed broccoli and chopped avocado. When I asked what happened to the rest, the response was that«they don’t have it…» Maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice but I happen to like mango. What’s more is that this was served on a paper plate with a plastic knife and fork. Paper cup for water. For a sit down restaurant where tipping is expected, I’d like a set of decent silverware and plate. Service was indifferent initially until I questioned the misleading menu item.

Not a huge fan normally, but in a pinch I needed something quick an tasty. This place was fast, staff was very courteous and the food was presented as advertised. Very satisfied with the service at this restaurant.

This place sucks. They sat down the people in front of me. I asked if they would play the Sunday night football game and their response was we’re closed! Unilocal needs a zero star option…

My boyfriend and I had a 2 hour layover in Chicago, so we decided to catch breakfast. In the morning, breakfast is all they serve. The food here is not good! My boyfriend got the first thing on the menu(I can’t remember what they called it). It came with 2 eggs, bacon, toast and stir fried potatoes. I ordered the southwest omelet. The order came with an omelete, stir fired potatos and toasts. The eggs were fluffy, you can taste the extra power they added into the eggs. The meat inside the omelet was just gross. At least the food came out fast, but it’s just gross!

Bad service, bad food… Usually like Chili’s, even the ones in airports, but I will stay away from this one in the future.

Not bad for airport food. The California Club was yummy, and I asked for vegetables instead of fries. The steamed broccoli that came looked a little sad(and maybe a bit questionable) — but I didn’t get sick, so I consider that a win. The hostess was friendly, and the server was definitely friendly enough, though you get the impression that they have better things to be doing. While my server was nothing but polite to me, I saw her approach another customer in a more pushy /impolite manner about the check, which surprised me.

Questionable health practices and violations… Beer cooler has now been open for 30+min… Manager has walked by it 3x… As well as 4 employees… The«bartender» has taken 3 beers out of it. ANDLEAVESITOPENEVERYTIME!!! When the gentleman next to me returned his beer because it was warm, the«bartender» simply grabbed one from the back and the cooler was left open still!!! If this cooler is left open this long what does the kitchen look like?! The entire staff needs an update on food safety zones and training!!! Dont risk eating here!

Ridiculously slow service for an airport restaurant. I have eaten here twice in the last couple of weeks with the same experience. The food is tolerable but not great.

AWFUL! So many seats available and waited at the front of the line to be seated for 15 minutes. There was a hostess and she disappeared for the entire time we were in line. I finally went to the bar to ask for service then was told he would tell the hostess. A few minutes later, the«hostess» comes out and ignores the line of 8 people, that are waiting to be seated, to tell her co worker that«some bitch complained to the bartender for a hostess.» Then, another women greeted us and brought us to a table. I could go on for another paragraph as to why the service was so terrible but I’ll leave it at that. Awful service all around.

Yes it’s an airport — no one wants to really be there; but no one will give off this vibe more than the security people and the workers at Chilis. Waiting almost 30 minutes(which I wouldn’t normally do but I had no other real option at the airport) my girlfriend asked a server if we just sit ourselves at the many empty spots or wait to be seated. We were told to wait for a hostess. She was clearly overworked but the other hostess appeared too finally and they fussed about us asking a server to be seated. In front of us. So of course the server didn’t want us and gave us the bare minimum service the whole time. Polite as a robot. There’s an opportunity to do very well in this location obviously but the management is severely lacking. It’s written on all the employees faces, poor guys have no pep, no desire to please and plain just don’t care — and I don’t blame them. There was no management present, no one dedicated to customer service. The store seemed to say(almost audibly) «hey, it’s chili’s in the airport — Where else are you gonna go stupid.» They begrudgingly got my money, because I wanted a bite and a beer before my journey. This experience made me rethink alcohol drinking altogether… but who am I kidding, I’ll keep the addiction. Just will do my best to steer clear of Chili’s.

It’s an airport. Travelers needing to get to their flights, short on time but needing to eat. Yet this place takes their sweet Jesus time turning food out. Wait staff is decent, they are pretty responsive, but thirty minutes to get an order out is ridiculous.

My Goose Island beer was $ 9 a piece, ouch — I know it’s an airport, but wasn’t quite expecting that price as it is local. The fries were the best part of my meal, super crispy and freshly fried. My chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun left a lot to be desired — it was dry and there was only enough chicken to fill half of the bread. The bottom of the bread was soggy and the top wasn’t crispy — pretty disappointing. I ended up drowning the thing in ranch. The only good thing is that this place was lightning fast — my food came out within minutes. But I was stuck in the airport for 3 hours and needed a place to hang and get a few beers so I guess I’d do it again.

It’s Chill’s at the airport, what do you expect? However, if are in concourse B at Ohare and need a quick bite, look for the waiter named Gustav, the guy is all business and makes your short stay enjoyable. He greeted us by saying«I get you in fast and give you good service.» After seeing him work his station I told him that he «busts ass,» he said«I have to this is an airport» 2 on the food, 5 for Gustav and his service.

Food is as good as any other Chili’s but the service is super slow! I think they’re very under staffed.

This is a quick stop in the Chicago O’Hare airport. I would recommend the Patron Margarita. I’m not a big fan of chain food, but their tortilla soup and salads are decent. The service is friendly and quick.

Awful service. Took 20 minutes just to get our waters. Got the order wrong. Never checked up on us. Very disorganized. Never going here again. I expected much better from this chain.

Terrible service. Food was ok and it’s convenient but the hostesses seem put out to have to stop talking to each other and seat you. Seems like they have too many employees — they mostly stand around doing nothing. Took forever to get food and check but wasn’t too bad tasting. 3 for food and zero for service. Not well managed in general.

This was a good place to eat at the airport. It started off not so good when we go to enter the restaurant and the MANAGER LaTrice says to us «What are you doing?» Well what do you think we’re doing? We are trying to EAT! Hello! Besides that, the rest of the Chili’s staff was great. The servers were fun and nice to be around. The food was great! We had breakfast and it was delicious! I guess only airport locations serve breakfast?!? It was good though. Next time we fly here, we’ll stop by Chili’s, but CERTAINLYNOT to see LaTrice. Hmmmm. So unhappy she was! Maybe next time!

Draft beer is $ 10. WTF That is pure robbery Going to try their cheeseburger and I will report back. The cheese burger was good, normal chili’s quality and was $ 9.59
