disappointed today but they ran out of corn and guacamole! Hard to do a veggie bowl without vegetables!

I’ve never been at a slower moving Chipotle. Lots of workers milling around; line not moving forward at all. I’ve been waiting twenty minutes and have barely moved. At least I’m not at the back of the line; feel very sorry for those people. You can grocery store and cook a meal in less time than this. Once home, the food was completely inedible. Seriously. Wet and stale chips, funky meat, wilted lettuce. I’m done with you Chipotle. I will NEVER go back to this location.

I should know better about coming here, but now that this is the closest chipotle, I tried again. As usual my order was not ready when arrived. I mean it’s ridiculous because this time it wasn’t even crowded and I still gotta wait. It makes no sense for me waiting in line to be easier than ordering online. Why is this the ONLY chipotle I have been to that is this bad???

Stopped in for lunch. Great visit, line as usual but it moved along smooth. Everything served as requested. Don’t hesitate to stop in if in the area.

I have never seen such poor customer service from employees and managers in a line restaurant. This Chipotle location needs to work on their method of training, starting with the manager and then employees! The portions that was given was also under the«said 4 oz» that the general manager explained to me, that was regulation… I am highly disappointed in this Chipotle location! The food was good but the customer service definitely left a bad taste in my mouth… I was offered a free meal or my money back, and yes I’m going to take one of those two offers but my main concern is that the company resolve this issue! The community deserves better service than that was given to myself and others that experience the same that I experienced!!!

Line is slow and out the door all the time every time. Expect a 45 minute wait minimum. I was there one time and got up to the counter and was told«we’re out of salsa» Bootleg-Mexican, Mexican people I know won’t eat here. The staff is mostly African American who hook up the big booty sisters with big heaping scoops of steak and gobs of cheese and sour cream. What do I get? I get a racist ‘whiteboy’ scoop of steak and wilted lettuce. The spoon was barely a quarter full. I get home and most of my burrito bowls were upside down, open and spilled in the bag.

This Chipotle is by far the worst location I’ve been to. I must say there was not a long line so I was in and out, but that’s where the compliment ends. They are so stingy with the ingredients… I had to ask for more rice, beans and cheese, and when I did the worker acted like it was coming out his check. The young lady that rung me up was interested in her personal conversation with her coworker than ringing me up. As for the food itself… it seemed as the meat was lacking seasoning and was a bit blah. In a nutshell… won’t be back to this location.

This is a popular restaurant and there are often long lines. This means as a restaurant you have to become more efficient. Instead I witnessed the cashier leave to take a phone call while a customer waited to pay for her food. I watched four people on the line take quite sometime to complete one order and a manager that seemed like it was his first day. The rating reflects the service of a restaurant that is too slow.

This Chipotle is pretty bad. I go to Chipotle all the time near my home, and this location is definitely worse. The service is much slower than average Chipotle service, portions are small, and no one enjoys working there(or at least it seems). When I ordered a chicken bowl, the lady that worked there only filled up the spoon halfway. I would at least like to get a full portion for the price I pay. The parking lot is also very small and awkward. I would drive farther and just visit the other Chipotle location down 95th Street.

I can not agree with any of these reviews. CHIPOTLEISKNOWNFOR A LINE. If you got at lunch time, around when everyone gets off work, or close expect a line. I go when I figure it shouldn’t be a long line. And I typically never wait longer than 10 minutes(sometimes there’s NOLINE) The food is delicious! I get the burrito bowl(white rice, chicken, black bean, mild, a little hot, sourcream cheese corn, extra lettuce, and I use the green hot sauce on the side!) or the burrito(brown rice, black bean, steak, corn, sourcream, mild, alittle hot, cheese and extra lettuce but with the red hot sauce and a bit of chipotle) the service is nice here. they are loud talk with a smile. But I will agree their cashier tends to walk away from the register quite a bit but it doesn’t bother me much because I’ve worked as a cashier and understand that sometimes it’s for the greater good. out of ll the chipotles I’ve been to… this was the best. If you hate lines never go to the one downtown. #foodforthought

What can I say? I search all around for decent tacos, and Chilpote gives me three Carnita tacos on flour with everything and a soda for around nine bucks. This may be my new default place to get my Mexican fast food fix.

I give them two stars cause they give you a lot of food. Other than that its one star. The workers are extremely rude. And they are always gossiping and not paying attention to the customers. They need to be quicker or have another cashier cause its always way too packed.

There’s always flies flying everywhere… so stingy it’s not even funny. I think everyone knows Guac is extra I don’t need to be reminded 5 times… the steak is always made rare… and than if you want Chicken you have to wait 30 Mins for them to make it… every time I’ve been there I’ve had to wait… staff is rude… not going there again…

Always busy which is good you know they always be restocking product. Parking is awful and the parking across the street at the old boarders parking lot is blocked off so goodluck. honestly I will not be back to this one I would rather take the drive to Oaklawn

Food is phenomenal, but just like every chipotle in densely populated areas; this joint stays packed! They accept pick up orders over the phone & those orders get priority over customers that are standing in line. Just be prepared to stand in line & only get a spoonful of meat on your burrito.
